I would recommend this office without reservation! The doctors have impressive credentials and are conservative in their treatment. They are always cost-conscious and up front with the charges. In addition, communication with the pet parents is thorough and understandable. Affinity for the pets on the part of the doctors and the veterinary assistants is immediately obvious; they handle the pets with care. The services provided go beyond what the usual vets office does. Believe it or not, they even make house calls! Lets not forget the front office! The office staff is capable, friendly, efficient and made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked through the door. Their scheduling process is such that waiting time, if any, is short. They also do a great job of follow-up. Take a look at their website. Youll be impressed!

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Lee and now Dr. Ford for probably 10 years. They used be located just down the block and now are in my daughters old Pediatricians office. The staff is always friendly and courteous even when my older dog had an accident on the scale. When it was time to put down Guinness Dr. Ford was very kind and helpful for my daughter and I. We did not hesitate to bring our new pup in immediately after adoption and the result has been fantastic. The new pup had a few issues that Dr. Ford diagnosed and treated quickly. You look for someone who is knowledgeable, kind, and that will take the time required with you and your pet. These guys and gals do that. I moved farther away from the office and have many more vets closer to me now, but I will travel the extra time just to speak with Dr. Ford.

We just wanted to write and thank Dr. Lee and his staff for taking such good care of us today as we brought our dog Beauty into your office to be put down. It was a very emotional time for all of us as we had Beauty in our family for the past 17 years, esp hard on my son who was 1 when we got her. You all went above and beyond and got us an early appointment as soon as my husband called. You were very kind to us and took us into a private room, so we could grieve in private and gave us our space to make the tough decisions that we needed to make. Dr. Lee was never pushy and let us make up our own minds and then told us how it would work. I just wanted you to know how much we appreciated the way we were treated in such a tough time for our family. Again Thank-You-

Dr. Lee has been our vet since we moved to Phoenix, back when our dog Roxy was just a few years old. He and Dr. Ford have been life savers many of times throughout the years. They have always treated Roxy like she was their own. Last week we had to say goodbye to her after 16 and half years. It was the hardest thing weve ever had to do! Dr. Lee came to our home and Roxy was put to sleep in my arms surrounded by our whole family. It was the most peaceful experience and it was all due to Dr. Lee. We have a huge spot in our heart for this amazing man who loved our dog just as we did. Animal Medical Center of Deer Valley treats you like family! We would never go anywhere else!

I have been taking my dog to this vet since 2003. It had always been a great place to take your pet until recently. The staff is very knowledgeable and has always seemed nice especially Dr.Lee. Our oldest dog was given 2-3 weeks to live and 2-3 months on an expensive group of meds. We opted to buy a month supply at vet to see if it helped, it did great. When it came time for another month of meds we found them for half price online. We requested vet to call in the prescription and they told us we now need an expensive blood test before they will call in the prescription. :( disappointed

Weve taken our cats to Dr. Lee and Dr. Ford since we moved to Phoenix. If we moved across town, Id still consider bringing them here regardless of the distrance. Both doctors are great and the staff is wonderful. Our former cat had kidney failure and they did everything they could to find a way to help her survive. Unfortunately, she wasnt responding to the treatment. So, we finally had to "say goodbye." They were extremely supportive and even sent us a sympathy card. Ive recommended them to several friends and neighbors and will continue to.

I have been bringing my little tally to dr. ford and dr. lee since she came into my life and would never take my precious girl to anyone else. I have had emergency situations in the past and with one call have had them immediately tended to. The entire staff is compassionate, considerate and highly skilled. They follow up every visit with a call to see how the patient is doing which I love!! This is home base for tally and all of her health needs and i am grateful that The Animal Medical Center Of Deer Valley is always there for her.

I have been going to Dr. Lee as long as I have lived in AZ. I moved here 10 years ago with two dogs and a cat and the transition was hard as both dogs were a bit older. Dr. Lee cared for my pets as if he had been with them all their lives. He always provided the best care possible, along with great advice. He show not only his patient great care, but compassion, empathy and concern for you, the owner. His love for animals and the pride he takes in running a great establishment shines through as soon as you meet him.

Im happy to say I have a young small dog again and will be taking him to Animal Medical Center of Deer Valley. When I moved to AZ, I started taking my former little dog there (more than four years ago) because my daughter had taken her three cats to them for many years. She praised them highly and I do also. In addition to being excellent veterinarians, the doctors are very good people ~~ sensitive, patient, engaging, and genuinely interested in our welfare. The entire staff is friendly, warm and very efficient.

Animal Medical Center of Deer Valley has really impressed me! Ive had dogs all my life, and over the decades, have seen many different veterinary offices. The staff here is very dedicated to all. I am especially appreciative of Dr. Bower who is such a straight shooter and honest about my boxer, who has cancer. He has performed surgery on my Jax, and has guided me in realistic future treatment options. Every appointment has been thorough and never feel rushed. I have recommended this place to many friends!

I take all of my pets (both dogs and cats) to Animal Medical Center of Deer Valley. I love Dr. Lee, Dr. Ford, and all of the staff. They remember all of my pets and are compassionate and sensible. I have a cat that needed medication every day for 2 weeks and I could not handle it alone. So every day, I would take him to the office and they would administer it for me. I feel very fortunate to have found them and if I moved further away from the office, I would travel to keep my pets in their care.
