My experience was downright scary and emotionally. I almost put my dog down due to their wrong diagnosis and unnecessary pain due to lack of treament for his ears. I came in on two separate visits for my dogs ears. First visit, he was given prednisone (CHARGED OFFICE VISIT, CULTURE, AND PREDNISONE). Cultured showed bacterial and yeast. Told to return 2 wks to clean ear and place antibiotics in his ear. Went to 2nd visit. (GOT CHARGED AN OFFICE VISIT AND SOMETHING ELSE). That visit was under $100. I was told to give him prescribed oral sedation. Dr. Colleen told me that we had bad news and he definitely ruptured right ear drum and possibly the left too. They refused to give him antibiotics and wanted to put him under general to clean them out, culture again and look at them at a cost of $600 plus. It was on the paperwork that this needed to be done every 6-8 wks at $600 a pop. This was insane. When I told them, I cant afford this, the vet tech suggested turning him over to a rescue group. Luckily, I had enough common sense to find a place that helps owners in this situation with their pets. I saw their vet and it was determined that he DID NOT HAVE RUPTURED EARDRUMS. Just bacterial ear infections. He could have gone on antibiotic at the first visit and avoid him suffering, but instead they wanted to get more money out of me. Thanks to the new clinic, my dog is feeling better. To think that I almost put him down due to the vet wrong diagnosis is scary. They are money hungry and not in the best interest of pets. They were neglectful. Please get a second opinion before you do anything expensive and make sure this place is not your second opinion.

Have been going here for over a year taking my dog for $100 visits every time to see Dr. Salmon. My sister recently rescued a dog and decided it would be best to book her pets first appointment here to keep our pets at one location. I can honestly say Scarlett at the front office hates her job and she should probably consider a career change that doesnt involve customer service. I avoid her and her condescending attitude at all costs but I forgot to mention this to my sister prior to calling. She answered the phone in her monotonous voice (per usual) and went through the robotic steps to book the appointment. She then proceeds to ask my sister if she will be using the online coupon. My sister says "yes", so she asks "how are you related to Alejandro? Because I see you live at the same address as him and the coupon is only good for one pet per household so we cant honor the coupon ". Interestingly enough, the coupon reads "coupon good for up to two pets (dogs or cats) per household" and is plastered all over the website. According to Scarlett, "even though the coupon is printed that way, we reserve the right to not honor them since its the #1 downloaded coupon for vet clinics". After deciding it was not worth arguing with her, my sister gave up and agreed to paying the $65 Exam fee. We will end up calling back and cancelling. Not only did they lose her as a customer, but me! I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is a Bait and Switch situation if you ask me!

May not be in the prettiest part of town, but i am so so happy i came here! I spent all morning calling different animal hospitals comparing prices on a surgery for my dog (obstruction in small intestine) not only did they have the lowest price, they took the time to call me back and let me know they could do the surgery that morning. It turned out my dog did not even need the surgery as i was led to believe by a doctor at emergency care (they just wanted my $$). i let Dr Houser know how i felt, and she listened! she didnt press the surgery, because it was clearly not needed right away. And i am so thankful for that! I strongly recomend this place! She sent us home with the things we needed to care for my dog and happily answered all questions. She was so kind! She was exactly what i needed after being told my choices were surgery or putting my pup to sleep. My dog is now at home back to normal, and its scary to know i was an inch away from paying for a surgery that was not even needed! I really cant thank Dr Houser enough. The fact that she cares for the animals more than making our bill higher really does set her apart from others. Other doctors can be nice too, but this lady is an angel. PS. After reading the reviews about them being money hungry, i know it must have been a different doctor. So to be safe, I recomend Dr Houser.

We have been bringing Harley to this clinic since he was very small. Small enough to set him up on the counter. Now hes 80 pounds. The staff here is amazing! They genuinely love him and he loves them. One of the staff members seen that he was comming in for a check and it was his day off, but he came in just to see Mr. Harley. How sweet. We love the fact that we can bring Harley in for "happy visits" too. Hes never been afraid to go to the vet because he knows they are his friends. The staff there is very caring and wonderful with him and we also love the fact that they have care packages for him. It makes it a lot easier to manage his care and helps to know that he is being extremely well cared for there. When they have any procedures there, the Dr will call you and let you know how he is doing and is very caring and helpful with any concerns that you may have about your pet or anything else your pet may need. We love them. Theyre the best veterinary clinc and we highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for taking good care of out sweet boy.

Went there after we found a stray kitten. The first doctor was amazing. Very gentle and nurturing to our little one. When we went back for a followup the doctor was very rough with her. Holding her tight literally sqeezing her to where she couldnt move. He didnt look at her glands even though they were enlarged. Didnt listen to our concerns. He rushed through the visit. Now our little one is having breathing problems like her ribs are bruised. And she doesnt like to be held anymore. So office visit fee was a waste, didnt get answers we needed for her. And i know that if i complain to them nothing will get done. Doctors like the one that saw her the second time shouldnt be allowed to handle little animals like a 7 week old kitten. Be careful when you go. Not all of the vets there are capable if handling a little fragile animal. And will charge you for nothing.

I wish zero stars was an option. I, unfortunately, visited this clinic today because its closer to my new house. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment only to wait until an hour after my appointment to be seen. The entire time I waited, the front end employees were having loud, unprofessional private conversations. I had printed off the clinics coupon for a free first exam, and I had it with me. After my cat was treated, they refused to honor the coupon because I hadnt mentioned it when I first walked in. They were very rude and careless. Nowhere on the coupon does it mention anything about letting them know before youre seen. When I asked to speak to someone else, I was denied. When I said it would keep me from coming back, the staff did not care. Do not give this place your business! Go somewhere that actually cares about you and your pets.
