I went today to put my dog to sleep after 16 years and I had never been to this vet. I went there because it was close to my house. They were kind , patient, accommodating to my large family on a holiday weekend. We were able to get a same day appointment. I called at 8 and was in at ten. I researched in advance for what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. It was a peaceful and moving journey and the dr explained everything until I asked him not to. No one wants to lose a family member but these guys were amazing and did a great job, so if you can come here to do just that they are great.

They were able to schedule a same day visit for my blue heeler Rosie and there was no wait for the exam room when we arrived. My dog is a rescue and the staff understood that she was scared and allowed me to take part in the exam and procedure. Dr. Young was very kind and extremely professional and I came away with a thorough understanding of the situation. Great staff, wonderful service, and a pleasant atmosphere thats right in my neighborhood. Highly recommended, we look forward to going back.

Had to take my cat in for a urinary blockage last weekend. The whole staff was extremely kind, caring and informative. They called me to give me updates on how my cat was doing, and followed up with me after I took him home to make sure he was still doing OK. Im lucky to have them close by!

Dr Hansen is the best vet I have ever had. She correctly diagnoses and provides alternate treatment. She is so compassionate and caring. She also is very thoughtful about costs as she knows some of us dont have tons of money to spend on our pets. I am very thankful to have her.

We live really close to here. We had a dog that was sick and asked if we could take the dog there. They were rude and suggested we go to another vet. We had money its not like we were asking for something for free. We did end up going to another Vet. And they were wonderful.

Amazing Vets and Staff! I bring my two dogs to North Kenilworth and couldnt be happier. It is a much smaller and more intimate Vet than the larger ones. The service level and attention to my dogs are amazing. I couldnt have found a better Vet in my neighborhood.

Best vet I have ever been too! They are caring and patient. They care more about the animals then they do about the cost. They took the time to teach me how to properly take care of my dogs ears and explained everything so thoroughly. They are the best!!

Have been bringing my cats here since I moved to Phoenix. The vets and staff are fantastic and the prices very affordable. I always have a problem finding vets I like, but there is no way I would take my cats anywhere else in the valley.

This is the best vet I have ever been to. She took great care of my cat Kiki. She was very sweet and careing she really loves taking care of the pets aka family members. If your in Phoenix Arizona dont go any where else but there. =)

We love Dr. Jarvis. She has been taking care of our rescue Bulldogs for some time, and she is excellent with them. It takes a special doctor to care for bullies with all of their health concerns.
