Dr. Patel seemed genuinely concerned for our son and was fine. However, our appointments were cancelled twice and had I not caught the young lady calling us to cancel in her bag of lies why, then we still would have been pushed back again! She got back on the phone after she knew she couldnt fix her lie and the phone call went from a cancellation phone call to a confirmation call. The morning of the appointment I was hesitant to be there without another confirmation but they dont answer the phone until 8am which is completely useless when your scheduled at 7am. An after hours phone service attempts to field the calls. To top off our experience they were not prepared and were missing a shot that our son needed. While explaining one of the shots I asked what one was and the woman looked at me like I was retarded(and with a frown) said measles, mumps and so on. Abbreviations mean nothing to someone not in your field, remember that. So now I have to waste extra time, money, gas etc to complete what they had scheduled. We were referred to this place and were willing to go out of our way for good care. We will see how this business handles this review and our concerns to see if this is where my family should stay. I would like to add that the initial young man who took us back was professional and courteous. Thank you.

Love that they have open appts if you call first thing in the morning so our very sick kids can get seen right away without waiting weeks and love that they have early and late hour appointments and are also open on Saturdays ,,its so wroth the drive for our daughters care and Dr.Raj S Patel,MD is a wonderful and caring doctor,,Thank you for all you do for our child :)

The best choice of Dr. Possible for my daughter!! Hes great with my girl, listens to what I have to say and answers all my questions. I recommend him to any parent that needs a good Dr. For them!!!

Dr. Patel is absolutely amazing. He speaks and explains things in a way you understand. He goes above and beyond what is expected. I would not want to see any other doctor for my children.
