I will be talking to my ex husband about finding another dr because the staff has messed up bad on my billing. We have been coming here with 3 of our kids for years I want to say since they opened up. Dr young is great but the staff has no idea what they are doing. I have paid every bill of mine here and the one time my ex had taken my son to an appt on 2015 he no longer had a 2nd insurance but we had insurance. Because the 2nd ins showed not active after they already checked it. I think it was a combo of the insurance and the office. We got a bill for over 100 bucks for a visit and I called mutiple times and said you billed the wrong one now bill only mine his (mothers) well they now are sending us to collections after I left a message on the work voice mail in billing to call me again to figure out why. Well Ill tell you why. Most insurances wont pay a bill over a year that was messed up. So Im site instead of them fixing this by writing it off because of the mistake they also made. They want to come after me for it. Thats wrong and bad customer service. I still have not received a call back from billing on this bill that I called and lvm for them.

This is the best Pediatrician that I have found in AZ. I travel from Glendale to see him. In emergency situations he will call you back personally and my emergency was on a holiday and he still called me back. He will not just prescribed medications without doing a thorough evaluation. My kids been seeing him 3 years, he is just all around awesome and I will never take my kids any where else!! PERIOD!

Unfortunately, no one returns your calls and when you try to call the office....NO ANSWER EVER. I picked this place for my kids because of the reviews and the fact that it is so close to home....now I think that the staff wrote these good reviews. I am happy to drive further because now when I call our new pediatricians office, they answer!

Dr. Young is an amazing pediatrician. He is very knowledgeable. He takes his time with you. Listens to concerns takes them seriously. He is great with the children as well. The medical assistant are great and politeas well. The only downside is the wIt sometimes but its definitely worth waiting for a great doctor.

Very close-minded doctor who doesnt research beyond obtaining his degree. Told me my sons condition was not possible as it is not well-known. Found a new doctor who has properly diagnosed my son and is finally getting him help.

I do get a voice mail every time i call, but with that said i always get a speedy call back. My kids love tue doctor and the office staff is always friendly and willing to help
