So angry at West Valley Pediatrics. Went there today so my son could see his doctor after calling four times and getting hung up on all four times. When I arrived there the receptionist said, "We were like so busy this morning that everyone has gone to lunch and wont be back till like two cause we all deserve a break. So unless you can wait till then I would like go somewhere else cause we cant like help you." It was 11:00 and I was calling for an hour to get hung up on. Then basically made feel like lunch is more important than my 2 yr old son. I called her supervisor who did apologize and told me I shouldnt have been treated in such a way and that Aaron should have been seen but turn around and tell me Aaron still couldnt be seen till 2. I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTOR FOR MY SON!!! Awful service and horrible attitudes. I dont recommend them at all!!!!

We have seen Dr. Ann Oland as our primary peds for our medically fragile/special needs child since we moved to Arizona in Oct. 2014. On our first visit, she took her time to carefully review all of the medical records wed had sent to her office, as well as those I brought in. Dr. Oland went over all of our daughters diagnosis, tests and results, and medications. She has also been extremely helpful in obtaining referrals to specialists, and for therapies. Twice on other occasions, weve had to come in with our "typical" older daughter for "regular" stuff - sinus infection and upper respiratory infection - and weve seen both Drs. Mr. and Mrs. Gosnell (husband and wife both practice there). They have both been excellent as well.

I have been taking my daughter to see Dr Ron Gosnell since she was 3 weeks old. She is now a year an a half. We are very happy with not just the Pediatrician but with the office staff, including the reception and MAs. Dr Gosnell is caring and always takes the times to address our questions...and I had a lot as a first time mom. The few times my daughter has been sick after hours I was called back right away by the on-call nurse. We have been given excellent, service in from all areas of Desert Valley Pediatrics and frequently recommend them to friends.

I love this office I have been taking my kids here since their very first well baby check up. They have the least amount of wait time and staff are always Very friendly and knowledgeable, I love Dr.Terry she is amazing and soooo GOOD with kids!
