She diagnosed my son with a serious disorder and said she would run some tests, perscribe some medications and write out a few other items for me. When I got to the desk to pick everything up, she had not done anything! She just went strait to the next patient! I had to make a second appointment to get those things from her! Then when we connected again, I had to remind her of everything! Her staff is very unfriendly and unorganized! The office manager was at the front desk drilling into a new receptionist for more than twenty minutes and interrupting patients signing-in in the process! There was a line that formed while we were waiting for her to stop scolding this young girl. The receptionist was more professional than the office manager, then they had the nerve to tell me I was late for my appointment, when I was really waiting in line to sign-in.

I LOVE THIS OFFICE AND DR. NICHOLS. Dr. Nichols has been taking care my 8 year since i moved to arizona 6 years ago, she has been caring for my 18mo. old daughter since birth. I would not trust any doctor with my girls more then I do Dr. Nichols. Her staff is nice and professional. I like her receptionist, she is very nice and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Nichols to anybody who wants a pediatrician that is simply the best. I have NEVER had one second of worry, upset, confusion or any other negative experiences with Dr. Nichos or her office.

My family has seen Dr Nichols since moving to Arizona 5 years ago. The only complaint that I could give is that although you get back to a room close to your appointment time, there is most times a wait for Dr. I dont mind this so much though, because in turn, I never feel that I am rushed or that she doesnt have time for me. Dr. Nichols does not order unnecessary tests which I appreciate.

Dr. Nichols has been seeing both of my children since we moved here in 2008. My son is Autistic and now Type 1 diabetic and she got us to the right people to further treat my son. She always is smiling everytime we walk in and their new office is even better! Less wait time and the staff is so friendly!! Thank you Dr. Nichols for taking care of both of my kiddos!
