I called for an appointment and on arriving I asked who is the doctor I will be seeing, they at that point mentioned that I would be seeing a Nurse practitioner and not the doctor. I was not told about this at the time of booking the appointment. I feel like I was kept in the dark. I would have wanted if they told me I will about this. I would have not invested my time in coming all the way to see a NP and not a doctor. I brought this up to the staff and she was rude about it, saying so you want to cancel the appointment? Of course didnt as I couldnttake another day off !! Not happy with the experience at all.

I had a very pleasant in-office experience at English Dermatology. Paperwork was ready for me. Was called into the office within a minute or two of completing the documents. Nurse Practitioner tended to me immediately. MD (Dr. Hurt) came in within a minute or two after that - she was fast but thorough in my check-up, had a good sense of humor. Both were very attentive and professional. Called me by my name, had actually looked at my chart, etc. Compared to many "hurry up and wait" experiences with healthcare providers, this was an excellent experience. This was a great appointment and Ill be going back.

Excellent staff! Ive always been able to make an appointment by the following day. The office is very friendly and both the physician assistant and nurse practitioner I saw each had over 10 years dermatology experience -- and it showed. I had no doubt and no questions after being seen. I received a call just a few days after a spot on my arm was removed and the nurse fully explained the results and addressed my concerns. I have referred my friends to see Dr. English and they absolutely loved him! A++++

First time patient. Good: -Professionalism -Cleanliness -Wait times Needs work: -Environment: Needs more art & plants -Music: Needs some chill spa music or even pop. The radio station blasting the car dealer commercials is annoying and needs to go. Overall I like this place.

Truly a wonderful place with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kim at the front desk is the best! Annie, my dermatologist is one of the best in the valley! I highly recommend this business and I hope you will give them a call! You can thank me later!
