Horrible service. I went in for a chemical peel I had some post partum dark spots I wanted removed asap. The day of service I had 1 pimple on my face (it happens around that time of the month) . I was told that I couldnt have it done because of my "acne problem" (1 pimple) and was given birth control to help with that "problem" and acne medication. The dermatologist seemed careless to my wants /needs, bored honestly. This was my first appointment with any dermatologist, ive always had great skin and wasnt sure if the professional was wrong or i was? $102 dollars later (office visit +1 face cream) + $$ at the pharmacy I have unwanted "medication" and a second appointment (after a second opinion it was cancelled). 3 months later I recieve a bill for a "human error" on their end for $1. I call and nobody has the authority to remove this charge since its was not my error / to this day Im waiting for a call back. 3 months later I receive this bill again now $3. I call again (different billing # from office) extremely RUDE lady tells me its somehow my fault for not paying in full at the time of my appointment and doesnt hear past her opinion. I call the office again and they tell me I can either pay it or go to collections. I tell her I dont think I am responsible for this ridiculous bill and she has the nerve to try and turn it around on me. "Are you perfect? Have you never made a mistake?" I tell her yes I make them everyday but I also own up to them, as a somwhat decent business you can simply void this charge for that large amout of $1 now $3 its the least you can do after such a hassle. I paid and recieved a reciept for my services the day of . FYI I had an appointment about a week later with a different dermatologist/company and was treated on the spot, great service and my face looks fantastic!! Dont waste your money on a place that doesnt care for your needs , just their profit. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

I am so pleased with Radiant Complexions!! I needed an appointment and they were able to get me in on the same day. Dr. Forest is so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. She had great advice about skin care and her staff is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone and I will surely be back in the future.

Botox was injected incorrectly and it made my brows drop. I have had this done several times with no issues. I have been walking around with a permanent frown till this wears off $400 later and I look worse. No aesthetic skills what so ever and very rude staff. Will never go back. Save your money.
