Went to appointment today for my grandson. I have a Child Care Authority notarized form since 2007 for both grandchildren. The Notary pasted an addition to the form on the bottom with her name and declaration of knowing my sons signature and placed her seal beneath it. The gal behind the counter accused me of cutting and pasting the document and claimed that the document was no longer valid since the notarys commission expired. I called my son and he talked to her on the phone. She said she would talk to her manager (I do not believe she ever did). My grandson called his mother and allot of time was wasted while we were trying to get a form signed by his mother and faxed back to office. I was offended that she accused me of cutting and pasting and even though a Notarys commission expires the document is still valid! I love Dr Magne, but someone needs to update your office personal.

I dont come to this office often but I always make sure I make an appointment with regards of my skin issues and my family. Every time I come to this office I always have a great experience.. All the staff at the front desk are very helpful, very pleasant. The Doctors and PA are great..worth waiting to get service...Even the ladies on the phone, they are so friendly, helpful and very patient.. I love the place very much..

Mary Frendenberg is the only dermatologist here worth seeing as the PAs do subpar work, and she no longer accepts new or previous patients unless you have seen her in the last 6 months... Your time would be better suited to finding another dermatologist.
