Just left their office after being asked to sign a new waiver form that says I will pay them $50 for a no show on my appointment. Given how many times I sat in there waiting to be seen when I showed up on time. I asked how long before Im considered a no show. Response 15 minutes. So I ask can we modify the form to say if you do not see me within 15 minutes you owe me a $50 dollar credit and If I do not show up within 15 minutes of my appointment time you can charge me $50. The answer is no and take your business somewhere else. Also, I never see the Doctor, just her revolving door of PAs.

Bad!! bad!!! bad!!! place... my experiences with Stockton Dermatologist, the staffs are so rude judgemental especially the office manager Christina. she doesnt care about patients well been but herself. the staffs are very unprofessional. they would tell you one thing and change it the next day , theyre not at all on the same page, I dont recommend stockton dermatologist for anyone from my experience. was very disappointed. never again.

Staff on the phone is super nice- when you get someone to answer. I had several appointments here and 4 punch biopsies. Was told to wait 14 days for results- called on the 15th day and they had the results paperwork signed that I had been notified with my results via phone which was false. 2 of the 4 biopsies were ABNORMAL and required follow-up.... Good thing Id called myself or else I could be walking around with Skin cancer....

Meh. Ive been a patient in the practice for over a year and Ive yet to see the Dermatologist. Though the PA I saw was competent, she was also dismissive and somewhat flippant about my health. Any practice that cant manage to schedule an appointment with 12 weeks either doesnt have enough clinical staff or schedules patients with the convenience of their providers as priority.

I cannot say enough good things about this office! Karli PA and Laurie are very knowledgeable and just incredible people! Also, I cant forget how sweet the front office staff is! Timely, courteous, and professional. I am grateful for all they have done to help me and I would highly recommend anyone to visit Stockton Dermatology for any skin-related issues!
