I came home to find our cat, Felicity, on our back porch with horrific injuries. We immediately took her in to Prescott Valley Pet Clinic where she was examined by Dr. Frank, it was found that she had a broken jaw and multiple facial injuries. Dr. Frank performed emergency surgery to repair her jaw and extract broken teeth. The staff was very kind and Dr. Frank kept us well informed during post op, even calling to check on her multiple times to check on her recovery after we brought her home. The staff and Dr. Frank answered all our questions and helped us feel confident we would be able to feed( she had a tube placed for feeding) and take care of her at home. My family and I were very impressed by the kindness and professionalism of everyone at Prescott Valley Pet Clinic. Felicity is recovering nicely and we are very grateful to all the staff at Prescott Valley Pet Clinic.

I initially chose PVPC for my two cats because they are located close to my house, and the less time in the car for me and my furry kids, the better! Why do I like coming to PVPC? *The building is new, large and attractive. *It is a large practice with many more doctors on staff than youd expect for a small town *I like my cats doctor, Dr. Rogers *The front desk is always staffed by two full-timers, so I dont have to wait while one answers the phone or takes care of another customer *The building is well-maintained, always clean. *The waiting area is comfortable and well-stocked with reading material My two cats arent too crazy about coming to the vet, but that is to be expected!

Im really disappointed in Prescott Valley Pet Clinic. I moved here a little over a year ago and went there to get my dogs set up at a new vet. Everything seemed great and I was able to order heartworm meds online until recently. I was given a call by Dr. Foster and Smith letting me know my vet declined my order because I havent had a heartworm exam. Ive been giving my dogs Sentinel for years including this vets authorization. Really? Its sad to know they want to nickel and dime you rather than care about your best friend. Ill be looking for a veterinarian that actually cares.

We are regulars with this group as our dog has had some significant health issues over his eleven years. Dr. Frank and her crew have always been caring, concerned and professional. I cant thank them enough for their attention to detail, preventive care and, when we needed them, urgent services. I am sure that most vets share these qualities but they treat us (dog Brownie and I) as valued members of their patient community. I never feel like Brownie is just another dog to them. So, for personalized attention and high quality care and service, take your pet to PV Pet Clinic.

I cannot recommend PVPC and ALL of its staff more highly. I have been going to PVPC for 18 years now. My dogs & I absolutely LOVE Dr. Dana Frank & all of her staff. Dr. Frank has tended to my injured dog as well as another dog who had cancer & all of my other dogs with their routine procedures, shots, infections & neutering. Dr. Frank has shown nothing but love, kindness & compassion for them. The vet techs who work at PVPC are the most caring, compassionate, responsible & helpful group of people. I simply would not take my pets anywhere else for their care!!

The Doctors and staff of Prescott Valley Pet Clinic took care of my cat Dusty since he was 8 wks old. When he died 2 years ago at age 15 the staff helped me a lot to let him go they took excellent care of both of us during that time. I would recommend this clinic for taking care of your pets.

Youre wonderful, a little expensive but WONDERFUL......you get what you pay for. I love the staff, the doctors (especially my favorite Dr. Frank.) she has taken care of our pets for many, many years.....We wouldnt go anywhere else. We dont trust anyone else with our babies.... Ive used this Vet for about 7 years for my Cat ... and for the past 2 years for my Dog. I have always had a great experience with all staff. My pets have always been well cared for and treated accurately and professionally. This facility is clean and well staffed with loving educated Vets and Assistants. They have prompt service, fair prices and I would recommend them highly.

I had such a fabulous experience. The staff really took care.of my aminals and gave them both the the best care and attention anyone could ask for. My black lab had a rough vet tech in Alaska and she was so scared of the exam room. Dr. Frank was so wonderful with her and never had seen my lab that relaxed around a vet before. It was.great to see that. Thank you so much.

Pv pet clinic is the best. They are always there when you need them. And they make house calls. What a blessing when you have a dog who is afraid of the car trip and then scared to death of the vets office. Dr. Hay came to our home and examined our dog and he hardly noticed. They even drew blood and after Meshach just ran around with his bone. It was great. Thanks PV Vet

We switched to PVPC after many years with another vet. We were impressed with the facility, the staff, and the treatment options they had for our dogs condition. She felt much better in a very short time and hasnt had a recurrence of her problem. We especially appreciated the different entrances, waiting areas and hallways to keep patients from running into each other.

Weve been patients with PV Pet Clinic for years. With the large number of pets we have, we see them every couple of months or so. Everyone is so very friendly and professional. The feeling is that all with whom we come in contact genuinely care about all animals and make us and our pets feel special. The follow-up they give is greatly appreciated.

I have been going to Prescott Pet Clinic for over 10 years I selected them when I first moved here I was looking for a Vet and by chance I stop in to their office and what I saw I didnt have to look any further one of the Vets came out of the examining room with tears in her eyes if they cared that much for a patience animal then this is the place for me

My dog had been suffering from allergies for over a year and after taking her to multiple vets, I decided to try PVPC. After two visits my dog was feeling better and her hair was growing back. Dr. Glenn is amazing and I will not take my animals anywhere else! Im so happy with their services and easy to use app they deserve more than five stars!
