My first visit was extremely over priced, and they did exactly what I would have done at home. Since then, they send me solicitations each week with mushy disguised sales undertones- even after I told them I wasnt interested in those particular services. I hope you like getting junk mail. Last time I called to schedule an appointment, my dog was gravely ill and couldnt even walk.. I had $70 cash and mentioned that I was getting paid in 2 days. They wouldnt take a check for the rest and turned my dog away. They claim to care so much about your pet. What they are GREAT at is sales. If they really cared about your pet and mine, they wouldnt turn away an obviously ill animal. A RETURN PATIENT. I can walk into any ER in the country and be seen. Even as a return client, they turned me away for lack of funds and were not willing to work with me in setting up a small payment arrangement, for just two days later. I am obviously disturbed by the coldness and general dis-regard for my pets health by this office. And now, I have a sick puppy and no primary care VET to take her to. THE REASON WE FIND COMFORT IN HAVING A REGULAR VET IS FOR CIRCUMSTANCES LIKE THIS!!! WHEN OUR ANIMALS REALLY NEED YOU!!! And you turn them away. If your looking for a new vet, I would NOT suggest this vet.

We wouldnt take our kids anywhere else! McClintock Animal Care Center is the absolute best! We started seeing Dr. Wight in 1991 and have been loyal patients ever since. She and the rest of her fantastic crew have been with us through many wonderful years with our three "kids" as well as the difficult times. The emphasis on great customer service shows through on each visit. We are always greeted as we walk through the door and are welcomed as part of the family. Dr. Wight always spends plenty of time with us to ensure we understand our options and treatment strategies and willingly answers our many questions. Over the past twenty years, our Shelties have encountered several non-routine illnesses. We are certain that we have received the best treatment possible and have enjoyed many extra years with our kids that we might not have had the chance to spend with them. The entire staff of McClintock Animal Care Center deserves our sincere thanks for the many years of wonderful service! Congratulations to all of you for being the best of the best! We would recommend you to everyone whose family includes furry kids.

They are the best most loving and caring bunch of staff I have ever met in my entire life and I am not spring chicken. If they also took care of humans they would be my first choice. But they treat your furry children like they matter and are as important as we humans. They are loving and gentle with each pet. We have 5 little furry children of our own and wouldnt even think of taking them anywhere else. They go out of their way for the health sake of your beloved animal and do everything within their power to give your babies the quality of life they deserve. If I had to rate them from 1 to 10 I would give them a 20 that is how much I believe in and trust them. The Vets and their staffs are the best their is. We had a chance to move but I refused to leave them and we are still here in AZ because of it, though I am no desert dweller. I cant rave anymore then I have. Just know if you trust them with your pet you have made the best choice for quality care you could in the world for your pets.

One of the reason that I went to this place, is because of Becky! She tried to answer all my questions over the phone. Even though she couldnt tell me what was going on with my animal she talked me threw it to calm be down! Other places I called were rude and just saying to book an appointment, not really trying to calm me down & give me some sort of estimate! Also took the time, that honestly what made me come here & all the nice reviews as well. They have one entrance for Cats and for Dogs which I find very lovely and calming for my animals. The nurses and Doctor listen to what I was concerned about & also talk about payments with me and worked with my budget with the my animal still in mind. Not just trying to get money! I felt like they truly wanted to be there and help animals. Very clean, super nice staff, will be taking my other animal here & hope to make this a permenet place for my babies!

Absolutely LOVE this vet, they have been so helpful from my dogs chronic allergies to his accidental swallowing surgery. They always call back and check up on him from all his mishaps or illnesses. It makes me feel really comforted by the staff. I love that they understand the costs of everything from medications, x-rays, and testing. They always give me multiple treatment options to choose from price wise. Its def. a pressure free zone when it comes to the choosing of treatment, they never make you feel like "your making the wrong choice by choosing option A, B, or C". Overall I can honestly say this vet and literally saved my dogs life, as well as my piece of mind knowing I have such an amazing team helping me every step of the way with my very accident prone, allergy free doggie :)

I love this place. I have been taking my cat there for around three years now and have always been extremely happy with their care. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to make both patient and care giver feel comfortable. I recently moved and the trip there can be an hour long, but after a few failed attempts to find a vet near me that gave the same amount of care, I make the trip and refuse to take my babies anywhere else. When my older cat needed surgery they sent me text and pictures almost every hour to show me she was doing well and then continued to check up on her after we went home. They also did everything they could to help keep the costs down for me. I now tell all of my friends that need veterinarian services that this is the place to go.

Ive never met a more caring and loving staff! Ive been to my share of animal clinics since my dogs have many health issues. I have very strong feelings regarding not only human health issues, but also our pets well being so I get a lot of attitude from vets that think they know all. Im pretty sure most vets dont spend much of their spare time educating themselves about different treatments...they just rely on what they learned in school. I didnt get that feeling here. We talked about my dogs health issues and the options for her care. I feel Dr. Claus would have been open to anything I had to say even though non traditional treatments didnt come up. Their prices seem reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Love love love this vet office. They treat you with respect and caring. They know your pet when you walk in and know how to talk and treat pet parents. I have had terrible times with my previous vet (banfield) and refuse to be treated like crap again. This place has changed my perspective on vets and how they just want your money and take advantage of you because pet bills are usually high due to noninsurance of pets. BUT this place is nothing like other vets, they treat you and your pet like we are family and are the only ones there and dont try and sell you on things your pet doesnt need just to make money. I will never take my pets anywhere else as long as I live in arizona. Thank you McClintock Animal Care!
