I would like to start by saying that if I could I would give a negative 10 rating. From the moment I called and heard their pricing over the phone I wanted to go somewhere else but my mother in law who is a naturopath insisted she heard awesome things about it from her inner "naturopath circle." And since I am raising my puppy 100% naurally, I decided to go with this place (which now, I do think this was NOT the correct place she heard from her inner circle.) I took my puppy in, and from the moment I walked in they seemed money hungry as hell. I cannot tell you how many times I was told to buy the "puppy package." They had 0 respect for how I wanted to raise my puppy naturally and also had no respect for me wanting to make sure I was comfortable with the clinic before I buy any sort of package and it does not matter how much money this "package" would save me. By the way if you're somewhat intelligent and listen to the price of the package vs the shots and visits on their own you would realize it is PENNYS to the dollar. Then, to make matters worse, when I rescued the puppy from the pound, they told me the exact schedules the shots and most importantly the rabies shots should be in, well, this veterinarian was so money hungry that she was trying to convince me to give my puppy all 5 shots at once! At the time, my puppy was only 2 MONTHS OLD. These vaccines are supposed to be 4 weeks apart. AND the rabies shot is only supposed to be given at 1 year. This was the absolute worst experience of my life. NOT TO MENTION I COULD CLEARLY HEAR THEM IN THE BREAK ROOM TALKING ABOUT CHARGING ME ADDITIONALLY SINCE I LOOKED LIKE I HAD MONEY. Disgusting .

DO NOT GO THERE!! Just like Shelby said, "money is their top priority." Im looking my loving dog in the eyes right now, which they charged $500 to try and kill. They misdiagnosed her AND then...wait for it...recommend I euthanize her...After proper diagnosis and a few months in a wheel chair she is running jumping and LOVING life NO THANKS TO THEM...Thank God that I, a person with NO veterinarian experience, decided to get a second opinion. Horrified with my experience, but still being a an understanding person I paid nearly $400+ for this hellish experience and now they have sent me to collections for the remaining whopping $100..Because god forbid they not get EVERY penny for the meds she did NOT need and lets be sure to add to the misery and the days my baby and I spent thinking itd be her last based on their negligent recommendation. Now to add to your list of reasons why not to go...I expressed these very valid points to the staff and was led to believe they empathized with me..NO ONE I repeat NO ONE attempted to contact me for over a year concerning this concern-ably huge $100 debt..Im assuming they were hurting for money so bad they went through the filing cabinet and just starting pulling debts with no regard or concern to the affect it would have on the individuals AND their old/dirty establishment.

One week ago today, my roommate was walking my 2 year old Min Pin. He lost control of the leash and the dog bolted into traffic and got hit by a car. My roommate and the driver took my dog here (I was still at work). During the short time they were at Bell Ridge, my dog ended up having a seizure. Because I was not there to take financial responsibility (my roommate didnt have his phone on him so they couldnt get a hold of me without leaving the hospital together), they refused to do anything for my dog. My roommate and the driver ended up having to drive home with the very injured dog who just got hit by a car in the head and had a seizure, pick up his phone to call me then drive to another vet where they actually took care of him. I can understand they have probably had people drop sick/injured animals there and not pick them back up but this was ridiculous!

First off I want to say SHAWN your an idiot. Your way out numbered with people that hate this Veterinary clinic and you were probably a suck up in school. Yes Bell Ridge is a rip off and I will not be going there ever again except to pick up my dogs medical records. I understand charging a guy 19 buck for a shot but then to say there is a 45 dollar examination fee, well you can stick it up your crooked butt. If there is a problem then I can take my dog to the vet for an examination. I dont need an examination for a bordetella shot when he was just there a few weeks ago. Definately stay away from these people abusers. After reading all the other reviews it sounds like this place needs to be investigated for how things are being done. The vet is going to get an ear full from me and if he dares to run his mouth im going to stick my fist down his throat.

I recently had to take my small dog in for sudden issues with her hind legs. This vet was recommended by my neighbor who takes all of her animals to this vet and has had a very good experience herself. The staff was really nice and explained everything to me and was very willing to answer all the questions I had. They also made recommendations for after care. I very much appreciated this. They worked with me on payments and were very flexible when it came to the down payment and the recurring payments. I was able to choose which services I wanted preformed at that point in time and I did not feel the fees were astronomical, matter of fact I spent a quarter of what I did to take her to the emergency vet. I was very pleased with the service my dog received and they seemed very caring about her. I would recommend them.

WE THOUGHT MY CAT DISLOCATED HIS HIP SO WE MADE AN APP SAME DAY BROUGHT HIM IN AND THEY SAID THEY HAD TO WAIT FOR THE X RAYS CUZ THEY WERE BUSY AND WE HAD TO LEAVE HIM THERE SO WE WERE CHARGED EXTRA FOR THAT ENDED UP WITH $400 VET BILL FOR JUST X RAYS! AND WAS TOLD HE HAD BROKEN LIGAMENTS AND HAD TO HAVE SURGERY AND IT WAS $2500 OR HIS LEG WOULD NEVER HEAL IF WE DIDNT DO THAT WE HAD TO PUT HIM ON EXPENSIVE PAIN MEDS THAT COULD KILL HIM! DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO SO CALLED AROUND VETS FOR 2 DAYS BEFORE I FOUND OUT I WAS OVER CHARGED FOR THE X RAYS AND IF HE DID NEED SURGERY ITS ONLY $700. ASKED BELL RIDGE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THEY ADVISED ME THEY HAVE NEVER EVEN DONE THE SURGERY BEFORE, THEY MISQUOTED THE PRICE, TOOK HIM TO SUNBURST ANIMAL HOSPITAL AND FOUND OUT HE DOESNT EVEN THE DAMN SURGERY!!!!

Terrible experience. I boarded my dog there for one week. They lost her collar, all of her tags and her leash. They told me that they are not responsible for lost items. They insinuated that I took the collar off before I dropped my dog there. I called in a day and they said that they had looked everywhere and that there is no way that the items were there. So I went and bought new collar, leash and had tags made. They called in three days and told me that they found the things and said that they were "sorry". However, they would not reimburse any of my costs of replacement. "Sorry" is good but their mistake cost me money. I would NEVER return there because of their lack of responsibility. How did they lose these things anyway?
