I have been using them for quite a while but moved out of the area. I drove 75 miles to get there one day to renew my pets heart-worm meds only to find out that they would not fill the prescription because it was over a year since last checkup (2 weeks past). I asked if they could fit us in being we drove so far to get there. I was told that the one doctor who was "in" was "booked" up but that my pet could be seen as an "emergency" for an additional $75 fee. Gee thanks! I guess loyalty to them meant nothing and of course, ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! Too bad, I thought they were more than that, but once again I was disappointed with people who only have the $$$ on their mind and not the care of my pet or the loyalty of driving over an hour to get there!!! IF YOU THINK THAT THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR PET... FORGET IT. THEY WILL CARE IF YOU PAY EXTRA, OTHERWISE, FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO! They seem like nice people, dont be fooled. Money, Money, Money... how can we get more!?!

My Family has been going here for years. I now have three dogs of my own. I have tried other vets, and can say this vet can be a little pricey, but what you get is worth it. My Sierra was so sick, other vets told us to put her down because they just could not figure it out. Dr. Baumer is the only one that kept fighting for her. He figured out what she had and treated her. That was almost 6 years ago and out baby is still going strong. The staff is so caring, and you can tell they love animals. They get down on the ground and talk to my dogs, pet them and try to make them comfortable. I have really come to like the other vets in the office as well- they allo really seem to care. They read the charts before they come in, they know my name, my pets names and their history. I will never go anywhere else.

We have been going to Foothills Animal Hospital since we got our dog, Addie, when she was 9 weeks old. She is an English Springer Spaniel and is extremely active. She also has a very finicky stomach and Dr Bourque and the staff helped us with that. She is going to be 4 yrs. old in May and the staff and Doctors at the clinic have been so helpful to us throughout that time. We are going to breed her this spring and Dr. Bouquet has been giving us all kinds of helpful information. She has treated Addie like one of her own pets and the staff just love her. They have also been very helpful with any questions we might have had over the years and are so good with her. We love taking her there and will continue to do so. Dr MaKenzie has been our vet since 1990!! Since she arrived (not sure what year), we have also been using Dr Johnson (she is the only vet our cat likes/trusts, after a tragic event at a local boarding establishment). In addition to checking your pets health, they will also help you with social/training issues; discuss food choices; and give advice about your pets healthy weight. The front office staff is amazing, accommodating and helpful; plus they have an exceptionally low turn-over! The vet techs all interact with your pet, help them feel relaxed, and are very efficient/quick with the intake exam. EVERY employee takes time to interact with your pet, and clearly love animals. Weve been recommending them for decades and each of those people are happy clients.

I would and do recommend Dr.Logan and the Foothills Animal to everyone. Best animal hospital you could ever ask for. They have staff who are knowledgable, friendly and incredibly helpful. They are diligent in their care for your pet, treating them with the utmost respect and kindness. They remind you via email and phone call of required shots and yearly checkups. Me and the wife moved here from Colorado and between the 2 of us being dog owners most or adult lives in a few places around the country this place is a blessing. They give you options even the ones that save you the customer money up front before you ask compared to every other veterinarian weve dealt with. Where with other veternarian locations I always felt that as soon as I questioned anything long enough there always seemed to be a cheaper option or the procedure wasnt really necessary.

Absolutely horrific; these people should not be in business. Took our dog in for a routine teeth cleaning in the morning. They called us 3 hours later that we should stop by, our dog would not wake up from its anaesthetic. they tried to revive him but to no avail. Our perfectly healthy 5 year old dog dies for no reason. Then they present me with a $1k bill when my family and i are getting ready to leave in tears. Avoid this place like the plague.

Weve been taking our dog and three cats to Foothills Animal Hospital for over five years and really like the people there. All of our pets are considered senior in age and we have had to address quite a few medical issues, and the doctors and staff have all been very helpful. I believe they care a lot about each of the animals they see. As a side note my kids also like going there because everyone is so kind to them.

Our dog got an intestine infection and was not well at all. He was seen by Dr Baumler who treated him (and my two grown-up kids) with the attention and care I have not seen before. He exactly knew how to calm down our talk who does not like strangers and knew exactly what was wrong. He even called the next day to ask how our dog was doing! That is what I call a love for animals. Wonderful experience and service!

I called earlier than they were opened and they answered and were able to schedule an appointment right away. I got there and was seen withing 10 minutes. The Dr. was so informative and kind and treated my dog like she was her own. The ladies up front were also helpful and sincere. They had great service and prices! So so far, everything has been excellent!

I have seen pets come in and out of this place. Not one animal look scared or frightened of this place. Seen the owners always happy coming here and leaving. As for the staff never seen more of a pleasant group. Vet Doctors and Vet Techs. I have even seem them care when it really matters. Love your Pet love your Vet.

We have been going to this vet for 10+ years and absolutely trust them. They are easy to schedule appointments with, quick to refill prescriptions, kind when you have to say goodbye to your furry one, and have never misdiagnosed. We have seen all the vets and love them all. I dont think you can go wrong here.
