the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is I took my recently adopted fur baby in because she had a cough. The doctor spent the initial exam explaining that she had a heart murmur and everything that could have caused it. All of which had negative prognosis and were quite costly. When I handed my baby over to get tests and x-rays I cried the whole time she was back there. Once the tests were run and the severeness of her condition was determined, the doctor seemed much more positive about her prognosis. Since then, they have been amazing treating my baby and her condition has not progressed! They have always been friendly and caring. When we got a second dog, we took him straight there! I recommend them to everyone I know when they ask me about vets, and I think they are amazing! That initial visit, that had me calling my sister and crying that my dog was dying, is the sole reason I cant give 5 stars. I am sure the doctor was just doing their due diligence and preparing me for the worst. I guess I am just accustomed to doctors down playing the severity of symptoms until after tests are run.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. The woman up front, Kelly, was about the only person that was kind and competent. Not only did I have to wait nearly 45 minutes before my dog was even put into a room, but when the technician from the back came up front she seemed to be annoyed that we were there and we were interfering with her time. I cant remember her name, but she was young and thin. I found out that Dr. Bennett no longer worked there and she was the only reason I kept going there. The staff was all new except for Kelly and I think this office has gone downhill and I will not be going back. I will definitely not be referring anyone to this office anymore. The management really needs to be changed at this place since the staff usually represents the management. I have been warned by a few friends that go there, or used to go there, but now I believe them. They were also trying to charge me for a visit when I was in for a recheck and was told there would not be a charge.

I am very pleased with the service and quality of the staff at Apollo North. I have a special needs puppy who always seems to have a new ailment or problem. Dr Bennet gives a very thorough and detailed verbal explanation while giving her exam and has spent countless hours AFTER hours researching options for my Millie girl. Dr Spangler is extremely friendly and thorough and honest in her diagnosis. The staff and assistants are pleasant, humorous and knowledgeable and use personal stories to calm even the most nervous fur mom in emergency situations. Jennifer Harrington even offered to pick me and my ill puppy up at our home one day just so she could be seen quickly since I didnt have a vehicle that day. Nobody does that anymore except for Apollo North Animal Hospital! Old school service by far! I highly recommend anyone to use Apollo North!

I used to go to All Pets. I wish Id switched vets sooner. Dr. Hannah was the first vet in 5 years to tell me what I was told was reverse sneezing was a collapsing trachea. She recognized my pups paralysis that in 2 previous vets went unnoticed or misdiagnosed. She was the first to offer a solution for his anxiety that actually worked and actually cared about my little one. She printed out informative articles to help me understand the diagnosis and treatments. She is very educated and obviously passionate. I will only be recommending her and this clinic to all the pet owners in my life. Also, the first visit is free! And the rest of the staff is kind and friendly. It is a small clinic so it feels very personal. Take your pet here. They are our children. Put them in good hands you can trust.

Our 13 yr old Golden was suffering with a large tumor in her belly and a new, rapidly growing, tumor on her hip that was, obviously uncomfortable, and making it difficult for her to get up and move about. Dr. Kritsberg felt that he could restore her quality of life by removing the tumors (without breaking the bank). and did so with only an overnight stay. Shes still 13 yrs old but is now moving freely with no discomfort and doing wonderfully well. We couldnt be more pleased with Dr. Kritsbergs manner and surgical skills. He and the wonderful staff turned a grave situation into a rewarding outcome. We are grateful

I got a new puppy, and he was doing GREAT the first two days that I had him. On the 3rd day he stopped eating and started to vomit, fearing the worst I brought him to Apollo North. Dr. Johnson was wonderful. He got two injections, one to stop his nausea to settle his little tummy. Dr. Johnson called the next morning to check on how he was doing, so caring and thoughtful. I had such a great experience I went back in and signed him up on their puppy PAW Plan! It covers everything he will need for the next year including his NEUTER! Dr. Johnson is his new vet for life! Love this place!!!

I called ahead to make an appointment for my FREE first time wellness checkup for my TWO newly adopted dogs. Said fine and set the date. After the check ups I was told that the FREE one only applies to the first dog and the fee is $50.00. Think I should have been told that when I called. Also it took nearly two hours to get the checkups done and most of that time was waiting. They both need their teeth cleaned and the cost for that would be over $500.00 each so suggested their wellness plan of $650.00 each for one year. Whew...that is a lot of money, think I will move on.

My husband and I have been taking our pets to Apollo North for more than 10 years. His family has been going to Apollo North for even longer than that. The entire staff is warm, caring, and knowledgeable. Theyve never been pushy or overbearing about treatment options. The staff love our pets as much as we do. As our older pets pass on and new ones join our family, we take them directly into the care of Apollo North Animal Hospital!

When you walk in the door, you can FEEL that the staff really loves your animals, and they love what they do. My dog Scout was instantly at home with the staff. They take the time to get to know your pet, they dont rush them through the exam. Real profresionals. I was referred here, and I would refer anyone with a loved pet here too.

Apollo North Animal Hospital is hands down the best vet I have ever delt with. Dr. Bennett really cares about your pet and is very good at communicating with your pets health. They are also a good price and arent over charging their customers. I would strongly recommend bringing your animal here to see Dr. Bennett.

We needed some last minute documents while traveling to the UK and the folks at Apollo could not have been more helpful with lots of international calls and Faxes. There treatment of my Sons pet was exemplary but there customer service is as good as it can get my thanks to the whole staff John and Evan wiltshire
