I went here in January for the first time to get my 19yr old cat Tigger checked out. I asked the Drs honest opinion about her health and sadly it was best to put her down. I had a feeling this was going to be the outcome of the visit but wanted to make sure it was the right choice. The Dr. reassured me many times that it was. I know I did the right thing and they made the entire experience as easy for me as they could. I first had them sedate her then they let me spend some time with her before they put her down. I got to hold my baby as they did it. It was the best way I could think of letting her go. I will forever be thankful to them for how amazing they were during that experience. I will now only bring my other cat to them if she has any issues. They are truly caring about you and your animal! I will send everyone I know to them!

Our cat Calvin of 5 years was suddenly very ill with a bladder obstruction. We took him to three different vets around this area and were told it would be from $850-$1250 to "possibly" safe his life. We were told he would pass within 48 hrs if he didnt have the procedure done. I decided to call Apollo Animal Hospital where our dog has stayed for boarding. The receptionist was so kind and actually had the Dr take my call! Dr. Toben was so nice and treated him that day. He did a procedure that worked and cut the cost to $375! Happy to report Calvin is doing great. Its been 3 weeks now. Thank you to Dr. Toben and the great staff at Apollo!

We have 7 dogs and cannot say enough good things about Dr. KC Wright and the folks at Apollo. KC personally calls after surgeries and is always available for quick questions. He is compassionate and caring. He was exceptionally sensitive when we had to make the hard decision to put one of our pups down and let us spend the time we needed with her to say goodbye. My uncle was a vet and when I was growing up, his smock said "the gentle doc" and thats how I feel about KC. Everyone listens and works with you to get you in as quickly as possible. We pass other vets on our way to Apollo because its worth the trip!

Weve been using Apollo Animal Hospital for over 40 years. They have taken care of all of our pets including dogs, cats and even parakeets. All the doctors there are very kind, knowledgeable and passionate about their patients. After we bring one of our pets in, we get follow-up phone calls asking how the pet is feeling ... and the call is usually from the veterinarian himself! Dr. Toben, Dr. Wright (senior) and Dr. Wright (junior) are the most professional and trustworthy veterinarians weve had the pleasure of meeting. The same goes for the staff. We always recommend them to anyone who asks.

When I had to rush my convulsing cat to the vet, I chose Apollo Hospital. I had never been there before, but they took one look at Moussie and rushed us straight into an exam room. One of the techs came in immediately, and whisked him into the treatment room. Dr KC poked his head in and asked us what we wanted. We told him, signed the papers and it was done. My cat was suffering horribly and the staff at Apollo wasted no time or compassion in treating him. I will recommend Apollo to anyone who has pets, whether they live in the area or not!

We moved from Kansas City to Glendale Az 4 months ago. All of our new Drs were picked from the Internet including Dr. Wright we knew no one. Day 1 I love him he was so kind to us & our little Dixie Bell. Today as I made a appointment for Dixies shots the girl on the phone not so nice Candy I believe, I was disappointed She was short & in a hurry she seemed upset that I didnt know Dr Wrights 1st name I was trying to look at my calendar to pick a day I was off work to take her. I hope its better next time because I really like it there

When I first got my dog from the shelter, he was a scared dog, prone to frightened biting. The veterinarians were so gentle and loving with my dog that his behavior was never an issue. They will call you at home and give advice with no charge. They will treat your dog like a member of the family. Theyre all so sweet. And they explain medical issues very well; they will take their time with you, rather than shuffle you through like just another patient.

Great hospital! Clean facilities and friendly, knowledgeable staff. They did a great job on my cats leg surgery, and were very helpful with the recovery process. They are more expensive than your average vet, but theyre still reasonable and are worth the extra price, regardless. They gave me a quote before the surgery that was much higher than the actual bill, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend them!

Ive trusted Dr. Toben with my pets for over a decade. He is kind, compassionate, and honest especially as our canine companions become elderly and finally pass on. Every visit, Dr. Toben always pauses to ask how I am and ask about my fiancé; showing he not only cares about the furry creatures but also their humans! The office staff is always friendly and patient. I will never take my pets anywhere else!

Best vet ever! Dr. Wright is the best vet because he saved our puppy after he was left in a very bad state after a surgery at Banfield. Our dog looked mutilated and was suffering and this vet gave him the proper care and attention you would want for any pet you consider as part of your family. They truly care here so please dont make the mistake of taking you pet to a place where they dont.

I love this animal hospital, I have been many times and they are always very professional ,nice,kind people. You can tell they really love the animals that are brought there. Twice I brought my pets in with emergencies and they stopped everything and treated them right away, both times with great results. Dr. Toben is an amazing Vet. I would not take my pets anywhere else!!

A good thing they offer is a Paws Plan that can save you lots of money if you remind them you have it. It comes in handy if you have a dog with a condition or is older and needs lots of visits. I still think this is a very good office to visit but Ive found that scheduling is more difficult these days and a few other very minor things. Still a very good office to visit.

Just the best place in the entire valley to take your pet. Great staff and very friendly and knowledgeable Vets. They call you back when they say they will and genuinely care about your animals well being. Ive been going to Apollo for years and will continue to go back. I wish my primary care physician was as good as the Docs at Apollo.

A friend suggested Apollo after Id had a bad experience with a different vet and one of my cats (Emma ended up passing away). I have been very pleased with all the staff there and the care they seem to take with all the pets that come to them - remembering names and saying hello to them. Im glad I brought my cats to Apollo!
