PLEASE do not take your furry kids here. They pretend like they care about your pets but they do not. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Read some of the negative reviews, they are true. And they respond to the negative reviews as though they are caring but are completely lying. I should have read them before taking my dogs and cat here. Dr Anderson is not a good vet, she really doesn’t know what she is doing. Too long of a story to write in this review but my cat was in severe pain and Dr A had no clue what to do so she recommended I take her somewhere else for a “professional” opinion. I did and that vet recommended a treatment plan for Dr A. After one day of giving my cat “pain meds” because of being in severe pain I was going to put the cat down; turns out Dr A gave her the WRONG medicine!! So my cat was never getting any pain medicine and I was going to put her down all because of DR A’s incompetence. Then Dr A gave me the correct medicine but the syringe caps were not put on properly so when I went to give it to my cat there was no medicine in the syringes. I had to wait until they were open the third day to get in touch with them. So my cat was in severe pain for DAYS because of Dr A and it was obvious she didn’t even know what she was dealing with. On the 3rd day I had them write me a written script and had another place fill the script. When I called and wanted to speak to Dr A about all of this I was intercepted and told the Dr wouldn’t speak to me. Obviously I was upset, and she knew it, and she didn’t want to deal with an rightfully upset pet parent or apologize for everything. I’m sure they’re going to write some response back sugar-coating it all because that’s what they have done to everyone that has written a negative review.

I have been a longtime client at Animal House and although this is my first review, I can only speak with the highest respect for this clinic. I have always been made feel like family here, and not "just a client". The staff always go out of their way to make me feel welcome and feel comfortable leaving my fur family in their care. They are compassionate and caring, and not just about money. This afternoon I was at the clinic for one of my regular visits with my kitty who is very ill and I was visibly very distraught and worried about her. The girl at the front desk was immediately attentive and doing her best to make me feel comfortable. I was a bit abrasive perhaps at first, but only out of worry over my baby, but she did not seem to mind and was very understanding. She was by herself at the front, and even though the phones were ringing, she made me her first priority and continued to answer all of my questions, and even went straight to the back with a special request regarding a medicine injection that I had. At one point in speaking with her, I started crying about the recent loss of another kitty of mine, but she somehow managed to pull me out of my sadness and reassured me that my kitty was in the best hands and that I was doing an amazing job as her guardian. I did not get the girls name, but she was blonde. Also the other girl who helped me out was equally as caring and made me feel very assured. I also did not get her name but she had brown hair. All in all, if you want to take your fur family members to a one of a kind, compassionate and caring vert clinic who will make you feel welcome and like part of their family, who will treat your babies like their own, Animal House is the place to go! Thank you Animal House!

My furry baby had a very rough night of shaking and whimpering. As a dog mom, you can imagine how I felt! I called a couple of places before I decided to contact animal house veterinarian clinic. And boy am I glad I decided on this place! Not only did they greet my baby and I outside with an umbrella ( it was raining) but they were so compassionate towards us and understood why I was so emotional. They had no appointments available the same day, but the representative up front spoke to Dr. Connie and they squeezed me in within the hour! They offered me coffee and water and treated us like FAMILY. Once we went back to our room, the technician was super loving to my baby, and made sure he felt comfortable every step of the way. My dog couldnt stop licking her because of how gentle and loving she was. Dr. Connie was just the same! I felt so comfortable and safe with this clinic and I knew it wasnt all about money. You can tell their hearts are in their profession. They brought me a full detail of the invoice and explained everything to my full understanding. They gave me an option for each item/service to either purchase or not purchase. I loved that they didnt just say " heres your bill" and leave me clueless. Again, I felt like family. Thank you for such a pleasant experience during such a tough day. Because of my superb experience, I will definitely be back to this clinic with my two OTHER babies and recommend to all of my friends. We are so happy to be part of the Animal house family!

While the staff were friendly, I wasted a lot of time and money taking my puppy here for her various shots and check ups. If you are looking for a vet that treats your pet like it was your child and runs every possible test at every expense, then this may be right for you. If youd like more common sense and less stress on your purse stay away. One time I waited in a room for 45 to see the vet, and then another 20 for the assistant to come back in with the shots. Ridiculous when Id made the appointment only the day before and was told they wouldnt be busy at all by 2pm. Worse though, is the over priced tests and services. Even though the breeder had sent me with veterinary paperwork showing the puppy had been screened for heart worms and various parasites, I was told I needed to do those again "just in case." I wish I hadnt believed them and saved myself $200. Later, when my puppy was due for her third round of shots, they scheduled me too early for one of the shots and I was told I would have to come back again next week for that last shot. Annoying but whatever, But then when I came back I learned I HAD TO PAY THE FEE FOR A PHYSICAL EXAM FOR THIS SECOND APPOINTMENT AS WELL! Thats when Id had enough. Oh and they quoted me $800 to spay my 12 lb dog, which I had done elsewhere for $150.

I wanted to take a minute to share my thoughts about this place. I normally dont write many reviews about places but this morning when i had an emergency they are who i called. My mother - in -law had brought her dog here in the past and really liked them ( which is rare for her to compliment people). Our 11 yr. old past away in her sleep this morning and normally stuff like that doesnt bother me to bad but she was the sweetest calmest boxer i had ever seen. i had her since before my children were born so she was very special. i called them as soon as they were open and felt really good about bringing her there. As soon as i arrived they were very caring about the situation and had two other wonderful employees help me take her out, ( they did it all) and were very gentle and caring. Just want to thank you guys so much again for everything this morning and definitely will be referring anybody i know and THANKS AGAIN FROM MY FAMILY TO YOU ALL!!
