I had to write this testimonial not only to show my appreciation, but in the hopes that this letter may help even one other person. Injuries are part of a gymnast’s life. I’ve had several minor injuries, but the one that changed my life happened July of 2005 outside the gymnastics’ arena. Although I had a happy demeanor and was very healthy, I didnt know my world as I knew it would come to an abrupt stop. On an ordinary day I was in a near fatal car accident that placed me unconscious for six hours with a severe concussion. Years after the accident, thats when the real pain started as you can imagine with that sort of whiplash. For the last five years, Ive been to numerous doctors, hospitals, looking for help for my pain. Most Doctors recommended I have surgery. Besides that all I was offered were pills and good wishes. I never believed in pills so I never got the prescription filled. My family kept seeing a strong young woman slowly fade away, it came to the point I lost all interest in everything, sleeping was almost impossible, the pain was there at all times, completely intolerable, and I felt like I was waiting for the end. I always felt being an optimistic person that there must be another way. I went to chiropractor after chiropractor and didn’t have any success with their care/adjustments because of their specific techniques. I was then introduced to Dr. Josh at Valley Spinal Care through a friend’s raving review and advice. I believe just after the first few visits that my recovery has begun. For the first time in years I can feel relief in my neck, the numbness was gone from the top of my head, I feel better overall, but most importantly I have my life back again. I can do the things like train for fitness competitions to help me pursue my modeling career I once thought to be simply an afterthought. Being a skeptic since so many chiropractors failed with me, I did not think at the time a miracle was on the horizon when I was sent to Valley Spinal Care. I have been receiving treatment for the last three years now and have been pain free for the majority of the time just going in for a monthly tune up here and there. I am continuing with my care to help prevent pain. I lost five years of my life and Im going to make sure the rest will be as happy for me as it can possibly be. In closing, I would like to say that I really appreciate the excellent results I have received and the friendly staff at Valley Spinal Care. To anybody that reads this, if you have ever thought chiropractic wouldnt work for you or it has not worked for you in the past I would tell with you that there is a better way and Dr. Josh is the better way.

So long story short. Went to Pain Stop, with hopes of relief and the promise that i will be taken care of. Not the case. Botch nerve oblation, with a “don’t let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya”. I searched for a place, talked to all i know about recommendations with no hopes in sight. Our company had an expo on sight and Valley Spinal Care was there. Of course the massage table caught my eye quickly. They had all the information i was looking for. Setup an appointment that day and have been feeling better with each visit. Dr. Justin works his magic man. I love this guy, i love the staff and i love feeling good when i wake up. Valley Spinal Care is a light at the end of the tunnel :)

Valley Spinal Care has made a huge difference in my life. I have been seeing Dr. Justin now for a few months and now have a very rare migraine compared to the weekly ones I was getting before. He gives very hands on care and is always there for you no matter if the office is closed or not. I have never met any kind ...of doctor that is willing to come into the office on Sunday if they are needed. Dr. Justin, Dr. Josh and the team at Valley Spinal Care are amazing!

I must agree with VP, these guys are really good. I was referred to them by my dentist friend and I was fixed up in no time. Very very professional and being a Physician myself, I was really impressed with their medical knowledge. These are not your everyday chiros. The staff was awesome as well, which was a treat these days. Keep up the good work and thanks again.

This place is amazing. Where does one start? The staff is great, the location is great- Got pain? They can fix it. Got a question? They can answer it. The music is upbeat, the office is welcoming.
