Just returned from an "appointment" with this bait and switch provider. They promised a cleaning this morning with a dental hygenist before seeing the dentist and, when I got to the appointment, they informed me that they were "booked for weeks." I also stated that I usually have antibiotics before any root canals, etc and the office personnel named Rosie and Stephanie both stated that this was not going to happen when I stated that I have three cracked molars and fluid seeping out of them. I said that this was what was always done before root canals and other complex dental surgery whereupon Stephanie stated that this appointment was "not going to happen" after she arrived twenty minutes after I had completed the paperwork and was still in the waiting room. I took all of my paperwork back and left the office telling them not to bill me and that I would report them to the AZ dental regulators. Stephanie refused to provide her last name after denying treatment. I am fully covered through my dental provider; she was being a jerk. The reviews on the website show two things: that the treatment is not always done by a dentist (one reviewer had his work done by the office manager. When I asked about this, Rosie stated that the office manager was named Mark and He did a limited number of the procedures that dentists would do). RUN FROM THIS PROVIDER!

I never write reviews, but I had to jump on because of how wonderful this place is. Everyone was sooo friendly and kind. The office looks AMAZING to boot! The dentist explained everything that was going to happen before even starting, to put my mind at ease. I am terrified of shots and was really nervous. After explaining this to the dentist, he reassured me that I would barely fee anything and he was right. Wonderful place. I would highly recommend this place to ANYONE. Thank you Eicon Dental for the amazing customer service. Totally blown away! <3

I first called the office with a emergency tooth ache. I was at a 10 level of pain and Rosie coach me through it.She advised that I come in the next morning. I had a root canal that morning. I hear that root canal can be painful, but with the doctor steady hands I felt very little pain. I left the office at a pain level of 3. After 2 days I was PAIN FREE.(4 weeks ago) Just had my teeth cleaned. Thank you for living up to your Name..... I think the team is great. Im going to tell everyone...............

I have anxiety when it comes to dental treatment. Eicon Dental staff is the best! I have had the opportunity to experience different dentists over the course of my lifetime. Eicon is by far the best. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are kind and considerate especially Mark and Rosie and some of the hygienists. There is a wonderful waiting room with interesting magazines to read. I recommended it to my son and his wife, who now patients there. Eicon is awesome!!!

The staff at Eicon Dental was amazing! I have had some bad experiences in the past and was very nervous changing dentists, but Im glad I did. The hygienist at Eicon was excellent. She made me very comfortable and helped me relax. I have already been back twice for additional work and I am not nervous going to the dentist any longer. I highly recommend Eicon Dental!
