I have been a client of Dr. Paladino & Allpets Animal Hospital since he opened his doors in Little Rock. Had pets all my life & a number of vets in town. Tim Paladino is quintessentially the BEST vet around! Better than that, he only staffs with folks who deeply love animals & treat them like they were their own. When I had to board my pets regularly due to travel & some of my pets got depressed & wouldnt eat, I have even had Vet Techs go out & buy special food with their own $$ to ensure my pet was completely taken care of & came home in the best order. ALL my pets, & there have been many, are Allpets Pets - NO PLACE ELSE WILL EVER DO!! My dogs DRAG me into the place when we go, excited to go to the vet - who would think it??!! BEST in AR!!...& Dr. Paladino has won that from the AR Times poll MANY times. There simply is no other Vet for my babies!! * Pros: Extremely Knowledgible & Deeply Cares About Animals * Cons: Its worth the time, money & trip - cant think of any Cons

It is tough finding a Vet to spay/neuter rabbits and for a decent price :) I highly recommend AllPets! Cost was important and they were half the price of 3 other vets in Central Arkansas. Dr. Paladino did an amazing job and my mini lops were back to their typical selves just 48 hours later. Staff was great.. (only hiccup- which is why I rated a 4- was that the gal who made the appointment was new and she might not have known, but she advised me to fast my rabbits the night before surgery - which can be harmful for rabbits but thank goodness mine were ok.. ) I will continue to use this office for my bunny needs :)

I needed to get my kitten looked at for ear mites, but i also needed a place with good prices. im a broke college student and money is always a problem! I called and talked to the receptionist, who was super nice and helpful who even gave me a ballpark figure. The vet was very nice and treated my cat with compasion and understood my concerns. He stayed and answered all my questions and was very polite and helpful! BOTTOM LINE-- This place is great! GREAT PRICES!--very responsible, not expensive!!! They are sweet and very helpful!

This definitely is the place to go after hours if your pet is ill. The whole team is extremely compassionate to the care of animals. The doctors and vet technicians are informative, caring, and take the time to answer questions and give thorough explanations about the care of your pet. More importantly they are sensitive to the emotional needs of owners when the prognosis of the pet is poor. I am very thankful to have a wonderful vet team open after hours in Little Rock!

They are GREAT. Allpets has a wonderful and caring staff who really do care for your pet. We have one dog & 3 cats & have been to four different vets in Little Rock. Hands down Allpets has provided the best care for our pets. Our dog got very very sick with a somewhat rare disorder. Dr. Julie Pate has been incredible: she has diagnosed him correctly, placed him on the right track with meds, and he is getting better every day :) I highly recommend Allpets!!

We have taken our pets to Allpets for 12+ years, and I cannot give them all of the praise they deserve in the space provided. They take the time to get to know you and your pet, and explain everything in as much detail as you want, including treatment costs and options that may be more affordable if needed. Many, many long years from now Dr. Paladino will retire,and that will be a sad day at our house, because, like our pets, he is irreplaceable.

A year ago, I had to bring my two dogs in after an unexpected accident. I was unable to pay the bill at the time, as Im on a fixed income and didnt have the means to cover such an emergency. But All Pets has been amazing in letting me work out a payment plan. My family has been using All Pets for as long as I can remember (At least 20+ years!) and theyre the only vet Ill ever use, and the only I recommend.

Great service and staff. We take our dog there and shes had several issues here and there as a pup but Dr. Thomas was able to take care of her and nurse her back to health. The wait was never too long and the staff does a great job of catering and caring for our little dog. Dr. Thomas was even helpful outside of working hours and responded to my email I had about dog food. We highly recommend Allpets.
