I saw Dr. Gutierrez on 7/24/15. He was very nice and thorough by ordering a bunch of tests. The problem was that they received my blood work 7/25/15 and said everything was good. I also had five cultures done. Ive been calling since July and repeatedly told my results hadnt come in. I found out today (8/20/15) that the office has had 3 of those results since 7/30/15. I went in today to get a copy of my results and 2 cultures said Will Follow. The office never bothered following up to get those results. Matter of fact, I was just told by the front office staff that all of my results were in. I had to explain to the staff that I was missing two results. The staff contacted the lab and the results have been ready since 7/31/15. Meanwhile I found out today (8/20/15) by looking at my results that my white blood count is high. Would have been nice to know on 7/25/15 (the day the staff told me my blood work was fine or on 7/30/15 (the day Dr. Gutierrez reviewed my blood work results). Update: Dr. Gutierrez personally called me and had me come back for new blood work. I also took my my daughter in for a spider bite the same day. Both of us were seen quickly with no complaints. Thank you Anaheim Urgent Care.

I arrived here at 7:40pm with my sick daughter. The doctor, Gutierrez, said they were not equipped to handle what she had and referred us to UC Irivines emergency room when theres a childrens hospital ER super close by which I found out about later. Since were from out of town we followed his advice. Dr. Gutierrez was concerned not with dealing with our case, but rather their 8pm closing time. He gave us an awful referral, UC Irvine (UCI), which I later found out is known as UC Die. After 90 minutes of traumatizing my five year old and no help at UCI we went to another hospital based on a friends recommendation. We ended up at Hoag Hospital, with a professional staff who treated us very nicely and after monitoring my daughter and prescribing some meds, they had her out of there without doing anything beyond observation and taking vitals. We started our horrible evening of trying to get help for my 104 degree feverish daughter at 7:30pm and it didnt end until 2:30am, the prolonged suffering thanks to Dr. Gutierrez and Anaheim Urgent Care. The rest of the staff was friendly and attentive. Avoid!

We were in town on vacation when I realized what I had was more than a cold. I am prome to sinus infections and was just feeling worse. I looked at options close to Disneyland and this place had great reviews. I arrived at 6:30 PM on Monday in June. They handed me a one page registrarion and ome page comsent to treat amd took me right back. Nurse took my vitals and I finishes my paperwork. Thirty seconds later the doc came on, asked my symptoms, did a physical, and confirmed my sinus infectiom. He knew I was on vacation so to quicken my recovery I got a antibiotic and steroid injection, and then oral versions of both to keep the recovery going. I went to get checked out and they had both scripts filled and ready to go for me. I have a high deductible insurance and the visit only cost me $42! And scripts for $40! All in all, I was in and out in 30 minutes with everything I needed! Wow! Highly recommend! Saved my vacation! And felt amazing the next day!

Went in prompt service.... The nurses are good. I met the P.A she was not helpful at all. I tried to show her where it hurts she didnt care, was the attitude I got. Did all there test so they sent me home saying just go to the E.R if it gets worse. they called the next day. I expand the pain was still there. The nurse was nice and explained they were waiting on my labs. Week later I called them back asking for the results. Again...The P.A over the phone ... useless asked me to just go to the E.R.. she doesnt know what is wrong. The only thing I got from her was , she keeps insisting I am a Alcoholic after admitting I had one can of Mikes hard lemonade that week. Iwill not be going to this place again.

We had to go to Urgent Care while on vacation and we had a really positive experience at Anaheim Urgent Care. The staff were very kind and professional, from check in to check out, and they even called after my visit to see how I was doing. We were seen within minutes of arriving by a medical assistant and then only had to wait minutes to be seen by Dr. Gutierrez, who performed a thorough exam. My husband, who is also a physician, accompanied me and agreed with Dr. Gutierrezs assessment and treatment. This office was clean, the staff were all courteous and professional, and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Few things suck worse than getting an ear infection when you are away on vacation. I called my insurance company, and they pointed me to Anaheim Urgent Care. I called to make an appointment, and when I showed up, I was immediately ushered to an examination room. There was a slight confusion with my insurance, but that was quickly resolved. They got us in and out in record time, and provided us with Z-Pac medication right there (no need for a pharmacy trip). If I ever find myself in need of urgent care while in the Disneyland area, I will come here without hesitation. I highly recommend them.

By far one of the best and fastest urgent cares I have ever been to!!!! Even though they were fast they mad sure that all of your questions were answered and you understood everything!!! From the time I walked in and out I was only there for max 15 minutes, I was put into a room to be seen as soon as I walked through the door. They let me know up front what my co-pay was going to be and if I wanted to continue. The doctor and staff running this facility really care about their patients and making sure they get the help they need.

I found this via Google Maps, since we were on vacation and staying near Disneyland. I took my boyfriend in, he had some previous medical issues and they were aggravated during our trip. The staff was excellent and we were attended to right away. Dr. Gutierrez was a fantastic doctor, very thorough, and very smart. He was willing to do bigger tests even though we were out of state, but we didnt have time. He really helped and made sure that my boyfriend had everything he needed to feel better. Im so glad we went there!

Went in on a Monday morning last week; they took us straight away. The doctors aide was helpful and patient, and the doctor who dealt with my mother was just amazing.The place was clean, and everyone was helpful. The only thing I didnt like was that they dont call prescriptions into the pharmacy, you have to physically go, but it seems to be the same with every urgent care Ive been to.Although it is quite a trek (I didnt realize how far) I would definitely go again. To me, it ended up being worth the drive.
