Rude desk staff. Unwilling to refill Heartgaurd for my pet even though I just had my dog for her yearly checkup three weeks prior. At that time I asked the Vet three times about getting a blood draw for lab work and was told it was not needed. Now the office clerk is telling me that they cannot dispense the Heartgaurd without getting lab work and I will need to come back in for a blood draw. I will never go back to this office. There are plenty of Veterinary offices in this area. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Doctor was kind.. But no one told me about any cost before they charged up $209 on just an xray... Now I had to leave my baby there and I dont know how to pay for it... The front desk girl was unhelpful and unwilling to work with me.... I will never go back.... And I have no clue what will happen with my chewy..... Edit update : they kept him overnight at no additional cost. Theyve worked on him and fixed him for only the original $208... Ok ok these guys are better than I thought... I might come back.

Doctors are great!!! We love our vet Jamie. Calling The Front Desk is difficult at best. I get the same person every time & she says " can you hold for a minute?" If you dont want to hold next comes "is it an emergency????? If I do hold, I am on hold for 5 min. plus. I have yet to have anyone come back on the line. I have to hang up!! & call back. As I said we love our vet! It is impossible to get through to them.

They are great. They truly care about your pets. And do everything they can to make your pet healthy and happy. Ive been going there for almost 5years and have come to know them very well and there minds and hearts are in the right place.
