Despite the fact that on-line they say they are open to 5, they actually close at 4:30. I took off work early to take my 91 year old mother to get a time sensitive blood test done. It had to be done within a couple of days of a doctors appointment which was very difficult to get. We got there at 4:34, only to find that their closing hours had changed. I had the request faxed to them because of their on line posted hours. The women there was unrelenting they had closed and despite the fact that on line they were open till 5 and my frail mother was standing there and we would have to now cancel the doctors appointment she did not care. All I can say is if you say one thing on line you should honor it at the door. Also it would be nice if they hired people that had a heart.

I have always had a good experience at this lab. When making an appointment ahead of time, you always get in right away. Even when I havent made an appointment, Ive never had to wait long. Everyone that works there is very caring, professional and efficient.

This place is out of the way! I prefer this one over Hospital Dr which is cramped & slow. I was in & here. The staff was pleasant.

Usually a wait of 20 to 45 minutes, phlebotomist were kind but not to skilled at drawing blood seen better
