Ladies in the office are extrememly nice. I never really had to wait very long due to the fact that I always made an appointment. But not a lot of people come (at least when I come there) are waiting for long time. I have very thin moving vein so a lot of people have a hard time getting blood from me and it always hurts. But these ladies are always one polk and it is good to go! I always tell folks to come this way.

Went the day before to get urine and stool sample containers. Made appointment, took me immediately, perfect blood draw, friendly, courteous, and professional. I am a senior and have been going there for nearly 15 years. I highly recommend them and my doctor only sends me there for blood work.

Front desk was not friendly to the elderly, had a I dont care attitude . I arived at 840 and left at 1030. I tried to find a customer satisfaction survey but was unable to locate one. This tells me that the Managment is not that interested in how I feel about the service .
