Poor communication and lacking customer service. I wanted call back for receipt of FAX I sent so that I do not need to resend fax. The receptionist forwarded me to another medical staffs voice mail. I left voice mail to ask for call back confirmation of fax delivery. No response for 4 hours. I call back for 2 more times no response. I ended up driving by to drop off paper work. What turned me off was staffs response when I expressed the problem with poor response experience I got. The staff insisted on non emergency response will be with in 24 hours and they have no issue with speed of response. All it takes is one person to check fax machine and confirm the fax delivery in 2 minutes. I do not want this "I will call you in 24 hours and talk to machine" service and depend on my medical service. They insist that they have no issue with responsiveness. I understand from their response that they have no desire to get feedback from customer to improve customer satisfaction or service..

Went here to see Anthony Lo, Podiatrist for plantar fasciitis. Just exactly the kind of doctor visit you dont want to have. He came in late while looking at his watch. From there on I got the assembly line treatment. He was the kind of doctor who just talks at you and doesnt listen. I could barely get a word in edge-wise. As a matter of fact, his entire demeanor suggested I was wasting his time and he acted annoyed when I tried to ask questions. He didnt order one test or x-ray of my feet, no treatment plan, nothing--except he recommended I get new shoes. My outrage must have shown because he eventually gave me some print-outs of exercises readily available on the Internet. And for this I need to pay a doctor? He also seemed comfortable enough around me to swear and use profanity. Unprofessional all the way and a waste of precious health care money.

I went to see Jenny on many occasions and she kept telling me after every appointment. Well I wont have to see you again. Im trying to change my clinics. They dont take the time to get to know you and arent personable.
