They are okay, but always busy! On my most recent visit I stood in line for 5 minutes as the only person in line with a person actually sitting at the counter the whole time! I wound up just leaving because I didnt have that kind of time to waste. Now Im looking for another Quest for my blood tests that has better parking.

First time I used this location. I arrived by 8am on a Wed. morning. I was, maybe, the only patient there. The staff was very nice and cordial. The whole experience took less than 10 minutes. I could not believe it. I used to go 411 30th St. Not any longer. No more hour long waiting at that location.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! It was super busy when I got there (~8am), but since I had made an appointment I got helped right away. In and out in <15 minutes. Additionally, the phlebotomist was great and I barely noticed the prick of the needle.

Make an appointment! No line and I had to only wait 10 minutes before Getting called in. Got out in 15mins. Fast, friendly and convenient with the parking structure in the same building!

This Is a very nice facility located in Chinatown. The staff is professional and kind. I was in and out within 20 minutes.
