This place is HORRIBLE. The staff is rude. I waited for almost an hour to be seen when there was more staff than patients. They could not figure out how to send the results to UCSF Dermatology on their own. Btw, they didnt know the clear tests that UCSF requested. After almost two weeks they still have not sent the lab work. Im in horrific pain with an un-diagnosed skin disease and they wont even pick up there phone. Im writing to the Medical board next. Even UCSF has requested the lab work and nothing. The rare skin disease is something my fiance may have died from and they still are screwing up everything and again, not answering the phone This is outrageous. Dont go there.

Made the appt over the phone -as was recommended. Really studied the Google map as folks had mentioned it was a little tricky to find. (my kids go to the dentist next door so I had a clue). Then went in. The receptionist was nice enough to double check that my insurance was accepted in their system. I philled out my phorms then Phillip (the Phantastic!) Phlebotomist set me up . I have never had such an easy, painless blood draw. I guess Thursday mornings are a good time to go in, I was there about 11am. I was out of there in no time. Phillip was phenomenal. Perhaps a phew of the other reviewers were phrustrated because they were phasting?

Despite all the negative reviews I still decided to come check this one out cause I needed to be in Alameda for other things. Got there at around 8:10 on a Wednesday (they open at 7:30). It was fairly empty and they literally got me in and out in like 10 minutes! It was so fast I had to acknowledge them for it. They were also very courteous, and I was able to give them my insurance information directly cause I forgot my id card at home. Highly recommend this one! Btw, its the Suite "D".

Patient privacy is a joke. Despite the training I thought people who draw blood have, you will still wind up with 3rd world blood drawers. I have been awaiting a return call for 2 weeks and nothing. Phone rings off the hook. Im sure if leeches could talk, they would be better employees that the humans at Question Mark.

Very disorganized and unprofessional. I have this opinion after going there every two weeks for 5 months. If you make an appointment they still call you 15 minutes late. No appointment, you will wait anywhere from 45min to 2hours. My labs have to be taken at certain times so this was frustrating.

I literally ran to get here in time just to be told that preemployment screening stops at 4. It would be nice as hell if the website said that or if when I called was told that by the automatic system. All it says is ut closes at 5. And to think, the desk lady was rude at the same time.

Not even a star. I would rate this place as no star. I had to come back 4 times just to have my pre-employment drug screen and always a very long wait even if you made an appointment! Not recommend to anyone who has nothing better to do but wait for hours!

Unbelievable place , uncompetitive staff.....week later still waiting for my lab results, which should take less than 24 hrs. Lady who answered phone each time I call said to me - yeah if you are still in pain you should go to ER....

Awful place. They hate Asians. I went there Sep 2 in the morning. African American lady in the reception who has not decency in her heart. Who likes to humilate Asian people. Dont go there. You ll regret rest of your day.
