Your mileage may vary here; it all depends on which phlebotomist you get stuck (pun intended) with. Some of the staff are both very experienced and gentle with an understanding that every patient has slightly different tolerances. Some of the staff treat everyone like identical blood bags and have caused discomfort and lingering hematomas. The front desk is usually organized and on the ball. Its the staff in back that make or break this place. And you never know what youll get in terms of experience and care.

1 start due to collection report. I had a blood test, gave them my insurance info. After 6 months I receive a dept collection notice - PACLAB never sent me a bill or gave any phone call, they just reported me to the Fresno collection agency!! My home address was correct - i found a statement letter from my insurance confirming that they partially covered the service. I found a similar issue on internet with PACLAB.

The Most pathetic service I had ever received. I shall never revisit again. The lab services are worst. They have worst customer service. They have forwarded me to collection department twice. I had went for my blood test and gave them my updated insurance. Its their fault of not updating my insurance and moreover, they havent mailed me any billing notice. Please avoid this place.
