I had an appointment, I showed up a couple minutes early. A woman came in a few minutes after me and they took her back first. I had tests from two doctors and they just threw away one of them, until I pointed it out. I finally got called back 10 minutes after my appointment time. The lab tech told me one test wasnt covered by my insurance and I told her I didnt want it if it cost $130 out of pocket, she got an attitude how shell have to do the paperwork again. She did manage to stick me without too much discomfort, so theres that...

This place is terrible. Today was the third time I tried with no luck. First time closed for construction, next time I go at 8:30 am and there are 11 people ahead of me. I am told wait time of 2 hours. Today I was 4th on the list and I was told its a 1 hour wait. The lady at the front was nothing close to professional. Note: Try getting an appointment in the morning. I wish you good luck with that. Try the one in San Carlos. At least you get an appointment in a week.

I believe this location has closed down, all the signs that they are open, A "Take one" on the door a map on the door a sign outside the door. A lady came walking down the hallway and said at 8:20 this morning that few days ago they moved out . Go figure , I have a Drs appointment Monday, I was relying on this, now quest doesnt have any office close by that have Saturday service.

I just returned from getting blood drawn from Quest Diagnostics in Foster City. Based on previous bad reviews for long waits I went ahead and made an appointment for 8:30am. I was surprised to find an empty waiting room and was immediately helped by very friendly, helpful and efficient staff (Balal and Rima). I was out the door in 5 minutes. Thank you for great service!!

Excellent!! Professional & caring....especially Lacey. I am a nurse with complicated autoimmune disease requiring many lab draws & antibody testing. This is a well kept secret. Low key location is hard to find unless you know about it. Thus the location rarely has a wait to keep your lab work completed. Hours are limited and weekends are really tough. Staff are helpful but hit or miss on the friendliness scale.
