After two shoulder surgeries, I have gotten to know the staff, facility and processes that make up Campbell Physical Therapy. The Master Therapist is Chris. He makes the place work. His knowledge and skill is second to none. He selects, trains and coaches the staff of therapists, aides and office workers. He knows his stuff and passes it on to others. They make it a comfortable atmosphere.

Aesthetically nice office, but the front desk staff could definitely brush up on their customer service skills. When a client comes to the desk-& all five staff feel the need to keep talking about shopping instead of doing their job,then there is a problem. Just rude & come off stuck up.
