Ive known Dr Trippy for many years, long before 4paws. We have almost always had decent service with many, many dogs. Our last experience was horrific. I brought my very healthy 6 month old puppy to be neutered. Within hours of coming home he was violently sick with what turned out to be a bacterial infection. He passed it on to our other 3 dogs who rotated it around 2 more times. On the third go round our oldest little dog could not recover and we had to put her down. I should mention that from the very onset of the bacterial infection contracted at 4 Paws never once did Trippy even bother to return a call. In fact, through all of our numerous calls, we could not even get past their heartless and unprofessional staff.

I have to admitt that I get very nervous when I need to take my "best friend" to the vet. Cassie needed to undergo surgery yesterday for a much needed teeth cleaning. The staff at Four Paws quickly put my mind at ease, they were more than "wonderful" making me feel comfortable and sure they would do everything and anything to treat my pet with the utmost care. Dr. Shannon was wonderful, explained everything to me, she is the best. Im so glad I chose four paws and will never take my dog anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at four paws for making our experience a great one.

Staff, especially the Vet who cared for my dog were all friendly and concerned; thats a very good thing. I do agree in one of the posts though that they may be too quick in medicine prescription. Their meds are not necessarily cheap too. An allergy meds being highly suggested for my dog costs over $200....They are on the pricey side. Despite this cons, I still go to this clinic for how well they provide care. I just wish they can manage to adjust their pricing and medicine prescription to work better with pet owners who are in a restricted budget.

Our family loves Four Paws. The doctors are attentive, kind, willing to explain everything and give you a list of options, not just the most expensive. They understand that a conservative approach is often best, but wont hesitate to make suggestions for further testing and treatment if needed. Staff even followed up with us after our visit to make sure Sophie cat was doing well, which was a nice personal touch.

we love the entire staff there our cats are always seen the same day when needed, even if it means Dr.Trippi needs to stay late. iI am always amazed that they can recall every detail of my 4 different cats , it shows me that they are actually more then just a number to their staff. They are always happy to love my babies, wolfie, tiger, mama bubba and socksy cat

This is a great place to take your pet. They have a brand new facility that is very clean and organized. Dr. Tripi is very good about taking his time and explaining everything. The vet techs are both very friendly and go out of their way to help. I feel very comfortable at Four Paws and would not hesitate to recommend it.

I just took my rat here for the first time. Our experience was wonderful from the moment we walked in. Alison at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Dr. Tripi was very gentle with our pet and broke the news in a way that was extremely nice to my daughter. I am very happy I chose Four Paws.

They are very involved in the care of your pet. All of the people that work there are always eager to answer questions & help in any way they can. I was impressed that they consider the most cost effective approach for treatment. We are very happy with the staff & services received.

Everything seemed great about this place, until my dog had surgery here. Mistakes happen, which took away our chance for a biopsy and the knowledge that our dog had cancer. It sucked to not know his final days were his final days. Hopefully the staff is more careful these days.

I highly recommend Four Paws. The Dr.s and Staff are caring, friendly and perfect with our furry kids. Having 3 GSDs it is very important to have a Dr who understand their needs and personalities. The facility is super clean and very inviting.

Shelter adoptions get their first checkup free! That was a nice surprise. Very friendly and prompt service. Prices seemed reasonable. Seemed a bit too quick to over prescribe medications though.

I brought my Cavalier in with heart failure. Although he could not be saved, Chris and Keri did everything they could and showed great compassion. I know he got the best care possible.

Very helpful and caring. Good communication. We had our rabbit neutered, he is much calmer and friendlier. Four Paws is a calm place, which is important for rabbits.
