I have been taking my animals to this veterinarian for probably 30 years. They have always been friendly, and helpful, and generous with their time. One time my cat got in a terrible fight with another (bully) cat from a yard down the street, and Dr. Bacchetti worked and worked to save my cats eye, which has been badly scratched. She tried 3 different antibiotics before she found one that worked. It was quite a trial for us both, but she figured it out and my cat was fine and recovered fully. I have had other cats and dogs as well, and she and the staff there have always been terrific. I highly recommend them.

They take good care of your pets and are very personable! Desk staff are great, vets are great. Ive had financial issues while taking my dog here and they are very good about discussing your options in an honest manner and will try to accommodate you the best they can. I have to leave since Im moving across country, but they told me I can always call them if I have any questions about my dog and that meant alot to me!

worst service i have ever received from pretty much any business. paid for lab work for my cat and the doctor never called me and when i called the office, the front desk person refused to provide me with the results. Then when i called again, the front desk person became rude and defensive and wouldnt listen to me. I stopped payment immediately.

One of the best vets we have ever worked with. They care thoughtfully for our 15 year old Dalmatian while they understand how to care for our 95 pound Malanois who can be a bit tricky at the vet.
