If I could give a lower score of this vet I would. I am very upset as I write this. My dog went in Oct 15th for dental work. The estimate was from 400-600 dollars. We decided to go with this vet because our first estimate at another vet was for 1,000. WHILE my dog is under anesthesia I get a call from the receptionist saying that it looks like the cost will be the higher end of the estimate. SO I say okay 600 then? She says could be more I say how much she says I dont know there are more extractions than we thought. SO I say so how much more she says I dont know. I said so a hundred more 3 thousand more I need a range. She says let me ask. So she says up words of 500.00 more. I told we we had 600.00 planned the highest estimate but thats all we had at the moment. I said I could pay the rest in two weeks she informed me they dont take payments and now the vet wants a 500.00 deposit.SO right then and there I had to give her my credit card information so she could put a deposit of 500.00 down. (apparently to make sure we had money) so she tells me they will do 600.00 dollar worth of work and we could come back to do the rest later. NOW MIND YOU THE ENTIRE TIME MY DOG IS UNDER ANESTHESIA WHILE THEY ARE PRESSURING ME WITH ANSWERS WHEN THEY ALMOST DOUBLE MY BILL. They also never gave my daughter the pain meds and antibiotics to start that night so I had to drive from Everett to Seattle at 930 pm didnt get home to 11:30 pm. Totally terrible experience. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!! UPDATE!!!! The vet that my dog had is NO LONGER WORKING THERE!!!!!! Alot of the vets that work here also work at South Seattle vet ( I did not know this when we brought my cat to South Seattle Vet.) Dr. Goraya was wonderful and treated us and our cat very well. We would definitely recommend him. I will update the low star rating when we get the staples removed from our cat in a week and half. I am really hopeful to have a better experience now that the other vet is gone from there.

Staff really seems to care about the animals they help, and theyre quite friendly as well. Their prices are spectacular, and they partner with south seattle vet hospital, so sometimes they refer back and for between each other depending on whats needed. I will close with one thing... I would have had to put our younger dog down a couple of times over if it had not been for this place and their sister location. Their prices and care have saved my pets a couple of times where otherwise we would not have been able to afford treatment. Thanks Angel!

Dr Singh where do I begin, can not provide helpful information or solve my pets issue of UTI. Its common in senior male cats to get UTIs and it is best for them to change diets to wet food, this information was given to me by the Vet it was from my research and other sources all this vet wanted to do was run another test and another test. Along with this treatment I also received horrible customer service from the receptionist for not scheduling an appointment to pick up antibiotics..since when is that necessary. Dont take your pets here.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. We had to bring our dog here on a Sunday due to a dislocated toe, our dog was left unsupervised without a cone (even though we were told to make sure that didnt happen) and gave herself a hotspot. The injury went from almost like new, to worse than the original injury after the "sunday" staff had their hands on our pet. If you do not have the staff to handle emergencies, DONT CLAIM TO. We are now spending thousands to see if the foot was properly set in the first place!

This clinic gives appropriate care for my two dogs. However, I am turned off when Dr Singh always tries to add extra unnecessary procedures or medications to increase the profit margin. I also noticed that his staff hardly ever smiles and arent very friendly. This clinic tempted me with their cheap coupons, but watch out because the final cost will be exceedingly high. For instance, a coupon for dental cleaning was $88, but when I picked up my dog, the bill was over $600!

Dr. Singh was great with handling my cats CRF (kidney failure). I didnt get overcharged for lab work, he explained all the options to me, and was very compassionate and caring. He didnt try to pressure me or try to get more money for unnecessary procedures like other vets have done to me before. The front office staff is a bit young and can be inattentive and unfocused. But overall I was happy with the care and treatment my cat received here.

I find that vets are important. On my last visit when I needed the shots they had me pay extra for a blood test to try and find illness in her but she was completely fine and had no signs of illness. They say this is typical when a dog gets older that it should be tested. I wish dogs had insurance.

Incredibly helpful and kind. Theyve helped us with minor inconveniences and life-changing decisions. All for about a quarter of the cost of what we were quoted at a vet closer to the Edmonds Bowl. I cannot recommend them enough
