First, I want to say that I have a lifetime of dentist fear/anxiety. Second, from the moment I stepped foot in these offices so much of my anxiety has subsided. It took me 30 years to find a dentist that I actually look forward to seeing. Ive been to Drs. Salvatierra and Hersch. They are both open, kind, gentle, and friendly. All the staff in these offices are like family--when you walk in there they know your name, greet you like youve been coming there for years, and Ive never once felt like "just a patient" (in a good way). I had a an emergency root canal a year ago that could have been the WORST experience of my life. It was pain like I have never experienced before. I called the emergency line at 3 in the morning and had a phone call returned not even 5 minutes later. They moved my appointment up to 8 am on a SATURDAY, without question and within 5 minutes of sitting in the chair they had me numbed and relaxed. I didnt feel a thing and the relief of being treated like I matter and not having to experience any more excruciating pain made me a fan of Charles Dental for life. Between me and my husband weve had just about every dental procedure done in this office (wisdom teeth extracted, root canals, crowns, fillings, replacement fillings, etc.) and I have never walked out of their offices unsatisfied. I recommend them to anyone who has dental anxiety; anyone who doesnt like preachy, condescending dentists; anyone who likes friendly, real people who actually care about you. Basically, if you have a mouth with teeth in it (and even if you dont) you should go here. Im truly a fan for life. Thank you!

I have been going to the Charles Dental Group for a little over a year now and I am so glad that I found this place. A good friend recommended Dr. Moser so I went out on a limb and made an appointment. My first appointment was for a cleaning and my hygienist was THE BEST! I dont think my teeth have ever been so clean! I believe her name was Brianne (I cant remember how to spell her name so I apologize if I spelled it wrong here). I have had to go back for a few cavities since my first visit and every time I walk in the door I feel like I am on an episode of "Cheers" and that song, "Where everybody knows your name........." starts to play. Everyone is super friendly here and I am very impressed with all the staff I have met thus far. I have already gotten a few friends to start going to the Charles Dental Group and they have all had wonderful experiences (I never thought I would use "wonderful" and "dental" in the same sentence). If you are looking for a dental office that is honest, friendly, happy and does EXCELLENT work, then I highly recommend The Charles Dental Group! You wont be disappointed!

Cynthia has been my dental hygienist for the past 10 years. I will not go to any other hygienist. She has proven to be such a professional hygienist in several ways. She makes sure that I am comfortable going into the procedure. If there is any pain involved, she apologises and makes any possible corrections before trying to continue. She is very attentative to her patients needs. I am thankful that she is part of the Charles Dental Group!!! Shelly Anderson

I went to Charles Dental in the past and had great service then I tried to save money and signed up for an HMO at work, this was a bad choice. I had a crown done 6 months ago and had such a bad time with it I waited for med sign up again and just had that crown redone. Charles dental( DR. Moser) is one one the better dentist around( I know no denist is a good dentist) clean, fast, modern and skilled.

The billing at this office is so awful you will pay twice as much as youre supposed to, and be talked down to while youre getting ripped off. I feel sorry for people who dont review their bills. Their billing practices are FRAUDULENT.

My experience was very pleasant. Everyone welcomed me, and was very courteous. They were able to get me the same day,and I was a new patient. The Dr listened to my concerns, and refered me to a specialist to evaluate the tooth.
