June 29, 2015 Happy Birthday from Pier 210 Dental at Rabinos Restaurante, The Restaurante from Hell? Saturday night I was out for dinner at Rabinos to use my Free Dinner up to $16.00 meal value that was sent to me as a Happy Birthday gift. I was out solo by myself and went to Rabinos without reservation since I called for and explained that I had a gift card for my birthday. I was told that they were not busy and to just come on down. Upon entering the restaurant I presented my card before ordering my meal. I was somewhat indecisive since I was concerned that Rabinos needs to make some money of the transaction. I was unaware that Pier 210 had any agreement with them other than what was stated on My Birthday Card. After I spoke to the Maitrede, he stated that he would only give me a credit for next time when I brought in my wife and he would initial the card for credit for next time. I ordered basic spaghetti and meat balls with a suggested glass of Pinot Noir. The meal was somewhat substandard with a high end price $19.00 for the S&M Bs and $8.00 for standard house wine. After tax and tip the bill I had spent $32.00. One Meat Ball had a chunk of bone in it. The other meat ball if you would call it that was only about 1/2 a meat ball. The salad was very small (maybe tiny would be a better word) to describe it although tasty. The bread an oil and balsamic was in minimal portions and not what I would describe as a hearty offering. I left the restaurant somewhat hungry and disappointed to say the least in how I was treated. Maybe Rabinos is not the restaurant from Hell, but my experience there was a type of Purgatory! Part of the problem as I see it was not living up to the expectations that were placed on the Birthday Gift Card! It was pretty obvious that Rabinos is an Old School type restaurant that is not based on meeting new clienteles expectations. Also it is located in a poor location in an older quieter side of town that is not growing. The servers were not enthusiastic and seemed to be just going through the motions to serve me. I never saw the Maitrede again nor did I want to. I would never go back there again nor recommend this restaurante to anyone! It sucked!! Long story short, I had waited years to get my teeth fixed & after many disappointments I literally Prayed & asked God to please help me & I truely entered best dentist in my area & Pier 210 dental came up , I called and Jesse got me seen the next day !! My Prayers were answered more than I could of ever imagined , Angels true Angels! I was sent too!!! They all in this office are amazing careing people & Dr. Diederichs has went above and beyond for me, he is truely my Angel !!!.. along with the 3 ladies involved with my care ( you 3 know who you are ) too all the ladies you all have a place in my heart forever ....I smile now with out covering my mouth , I laugh out louder, I feel preaty ,I feel confident , I like smiling, I am so grateful to them all .. If you want the best dental care then go to Pier210, trust me you will find your dental family forever!!!!.... I Love them all,..

Dr. Skinner was my dentist when I first went to Pier 210 and he gave me wonderful dental care. I continued to stay with Pier 210 because my hygienist Kathy was super. When I went to my appointment on July 23, 2015 my hygienist Kathy was no longer there. The new hygienist said I would have to talk to Dr. Diederichs if I didnt have X-rays first. I did talk to him about that. He told me the pros of having routine X-rays and I told him the cons of having routine X-rays. He told me his liability insurance wouldnt cover them if I didnt have routine X-rays and I said I guess I needed to get a new dentist and left. It would have been convenient if they had sent me a letter telling me about their new policy.

I never had orthodontic treatment before, but would have benefitted from it. Dr Roholt talked to me about it, and we started treatment a little more than a year ago. I recently had some final tweaks (crown replacement, cavity filled) and picked up my retainers. I love the way my teeth look now! No more feeling self conscious about my smile. The office was very cooperative with me and my insurance change partway thru, and a payment plan for the portion NOT covered by ins. Oh! And...I won an Apple Watch in one of their monthly raffles! I definitely give Pier 210 Dental 5 stars!! ★★★★★

My husband had an appointment today at Pier 210, just one day after I had breast cancer surgery. I was feeling pretty good so I went along with him to his appointment. Weve been seeing Dr. Marr for years now and she is awesome as well as all of her assistants and office staff. Dr. Marr and Alyssa had a surprise for me today. A beautiful bouquet of flowers, a pink stuffed unicorn, and a card signed by everyone in the office! They truly love their patients with all their hearts. Plus, Angie who helped my husband with his appointment today did a great job!

My experience at Pier 210 Dental Group was great, not only were the Doctors friendly but so was the front office. Dr. Diederichs just placed some new fillings and it was not pain full at all, I feel very confident in Dr. Roholt as I am going to be having implant surgery very soon. I would recommend Pier 210 Dental Group to all my family and friends.
