VERY UNHAPPY !!!! First and foremost I had a tooth that had a really bad infection and I needed that taken care of. Problem is that it was one of the main ones the held my bridge in. =( Sooo I was told that I needed to get rid of the bridge so they could pull that rotten tooth. Fine, never did enjoy partials but what other choice did I have? Then I find out that my insurance only covers $500. Needless to say with the xrays and exam used up $300. And then I was told that the entire process was going to cost $3,000 more with $1500 up front and then a payment plan could be put in place. =( I told them OK just let me talk to my husband. They put me on antibiotics to get rid of the infection frist,,5 days worth, once aday. A week passed and the infection didnt go away,,and when I called to make another appointment and see if I could get another round of antibiotics I was told by whoever answered the phone NO,,no more antibiotics could be given, that I would have to come in and start the process,,,WTH!!! So I asked "well what am I supposed to do about the infection till I can afford the money down,,cause you guys will not pull the tooth while theres an infection? Answer: .Cant help you,,, RUDE!! NEEDLESS TO SAY I FOUND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO,,

My second review with Manteca Dental, how to express my experiences here at the dental office is phenomenal they are always on point the doctor is unequivocally a professional and so is his staff Im probably one of the hardest persons to give a good review because I cant be easily impressed exclamation mark in this office really professional and theyre very caring and understanding that cater more to the patient! Rather than dollar signs. The atmosphere at Manteca Dental is convivial. So Im going to leave it on that note thank you again Manteca Dental for being compassionate to myself and my wife youre always very informative Dr Rick van staff Etc take care again always! And oh yes I gave dr. Tran nickname I call him Dutch because his name is Rick van Tran. Just to let you know if some of this information comes out discombobulated because I voice text read between the lines. I had an appointment to get my fillings fixed @ 10 AM. I arrived to the appointment 15 minutes early, and was directed to the waiting room. They did not see me for 35 minutes. After which, I was seated, I had to wait another 10 minutes in the chair and probably more had I not left the appointment. No one approached me as I was leaving, nor during the time I was waiting in the waiting room, or the chair. I called later to inform them that I had left and inquired as why it took so long and why they did not keep me informed as to why my wait was so long. They said that they had a dental emergency that arrived at 8 am, and had to be fixed first. I then asked why they did not inform me of this delay during my 45 minute wait, and they responded that it was /my/ responsibility to ask them as to why they were taking so long and that I should have waited to be seen regardless of the wait time. We will not be seeing this dentist, and we will be referring our friends and family to seek dental care elsewhere.

Going to the dentist office was the last thing on my plate because of my past bad experiences at other dental place. With my busy schedule as a full time real estate agent and mother, it was very hard for me to find the time to take care of myself. My teeth need work done and I cannot afford to put it off any longer so I finally decided to call Dr. Tran office to shedule the appointment since a good clients of mine goes there and highly recommended the place. I was very IMPRESSED on my first visit at Dr. Tran office. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Tran did a great job on my teeth and I was able to get out of there in time to pickup my kids from school, drop them at home, and go back to work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Tran to everyone who are in need of a great, white, beautiful SMILE!!! Thanks Dr. Tran for bringing my beautiful smile back to life!!!

This place is absolutely wonderful, I came in for and emergency visit in which they took me in an hour before closing. The receptionists are very sweet and helped me get my paper worked all filled out. I found out I needed to have a root canal. I went in yesterday for my root canal. Though I was anxious, the staff helped ease my nerves. The procedure itself wasnt as bad as I thought either. Dr Tran is amazing with getting you all numbed up and is excellent with his patients. I had various staff members check in on me during my visit. They make sure that you are pain free and as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend this office if your looking for a great dentist in this area. Thank you to Dr. Tran and all of the wonderful employees there for making my dental experience great!

Excellent! I had questions about my treatment plan today and Dr. Tran was very respectful and took the time to review the options and priorities with me. We revised the plan and he completed two fillings quickly. I really appreciate the professionalism with personal, and even fun service. As for a prior negative review by someone who felt overcharged, I have to say thats ridiculous. My family has had numerous procedures done by Dr Tran and his staff, including cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and an implant. Compared to other dentist offices in my past 60 years, this is the most fair, the most willing to work with both me and my insurance, and the one who has really earned my loyalty and recommendations.

I loved the experience I had here and was very excited to get my wisdom teeth pulled here. But the horrible experiences came later. They told me one thing the over charged me later. I signed for one amount and even opened a line of credit with them to cover the rest. Then I received a bill in the mail form them for an additional 700$. When I brought this to their attention they told me I only signed for an estimate. But why would you even charge me and do the work with out being sure. Then on top of the financial burden they caused me. My left side of my mouth never healed correctly I lost all feeling in my jaw from the numbing medicine they gave me. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. BE CAREFUL!!!

What can I say that all has not said about this wonderful office, Dr.tran and his friendly staff. From the moment you walk into his office the staff greets you with big genuine smiles and makes you feel right at home. Dr. Tran is awesome! He is so nice, friendly, funny, and super professional that I just sit back with ease at let him do his magic. He is at the top of the list of best dentist in the Bay Area, Manteca, etc. His expertise, detail, and education is superb when visiting for an appointment.. you have no worries but peace of mind that you have the very best working on you. I am so happy to have found this hidden gem!! Give them a call!
