This place deserves ZERO stars. First off I want to say that last time I was here they had a flier saying that if you give them a good Yelp review they will put you in a drawing for free teeth whitening. I dont know what Yelps policies are but that doesnt seem very ethical does it? I have never had a good experience here. At my first appointment they told me I had 12 cavities. When I returned to get them filled, they said I only had four cavities.... Also, when the front veneer came off my tooth, they would not put it back on and said I had to go to the original dentist to do that. The desk staff are incompetent and rude. It is two women, I am unsure of their names. Every time I am in the waiting room they talk crap about the patients that are calling into the office, even with a full waiting room of people listening. Today a woman in front of me who was there for her young son asked how much longer it was going to be because they had been there over an hour-the lady at the desk was extremely rude to her and said "well do you want to reschedule or what?" And one of the women was talking to a patient in the waiting room about their personal and medical information (including hygiene) where everyone could hear. This should be done in private during the appointment. They make mistakes at every single appointment because they do not listen or pay attention. Or care. It is so obvious they do not care about the patients or their jobs. Today is the last time I will ever go back since fortunately I will be getting new insurance. I was seen here 6 months ago, and at that appointment they said I need to call in 3 months to come back in 6 months (from that date) for a cleaning. Made an appointment 3 months later for today for a cleaning. After an hour and 15 min of waiting today, they call my name. When I get back there she says "Oh no this other guy has been waiting for an hour longer than you so you need to sit back down." I asked how much longer this is going to take as I need to pick up my daughter, and she says she doesnt know because they only have one Xray room and its busy. I told her I am not here for that I am here for a cleaning! She looked at my file and said no I am here for a check up (X-rays and exam-nothing else) and that I cannot get a cleaning until next year. She was rude about the whole thing with horrible customer service as usual, even though they are the ones who made a mistake once again. The waiting room and bathroom are always dirty, and usually have either no soap or no paper towels. This place is a joke.

Worthless surgeons cut my wifes mouth up the first time and the second time had to take her to the emergency room due to none stop bleeding from a wisdom tooth extraction that they carelessly said she was fine and she wasnt she had a mouthful of blood and they sent her home when she got home she filled up the toilet with blood and a large cup on the way to the hospital the girl at the desk said she was fine personally Id fire the entire staff

All the staff were professional and my wait time was short. In addition, staff members took the time to hear my anxieties and convey compassion. The doctor was respectful and thorough. Appointments are months out, but I know that is not in the control of the office but a result of the dental industry as a whole. Thank you Highlands Dental for making my dental visit a pleasant experience.

My aunt has been here a few times and the staff is terrible. They never see you on time and are normally around an hour late. My aunt had a lot of work that needed to be done and they never gave her enough numbing med so she could feel everything. This place needs to be shut down and eventually it will be.

They were rude, slow and unknowledgeable. They didnt see me until 30 after my appointment scheduled time and there was nobody else waiting there... They also forgot a patient was waiting in one of the rooms for more than 45 minutes!!! Hate this place! Never coming back here.

Great Dentist. The receptionist who answers the phones behind the front counter is very helpful, Lovely and kind. Couldnt of got what I needed done, in the time frame I had without her help, really Pleased. #ShesVeryBeautifulAlso

I never had appointment in time they set up! Never! Even today I had appointment at 10:30 and somebody called me today at 9:15 and said " Dr. walk out" So upset....
