Best place ever! My dad has been using this vet for years and he recommend it when my dogs ear was chewed off by a pitbull. I brought my dog all the way from SF to Fresno to be seen at All Creatures and it was the best decision I could have ever made. The vet in SF performed a very costly surgery on my dog and then told me I would be better off putting him to sleep. My dad would not allow it and insisted I bring the dog all the way to ALL Creatures to be seen by his vet. JayDee (my dog) is now doing awsome, his quality of life is the same as it was before the accident, nothing like what the vet in SF told me it would be. The people at All Creatures, fixed the previous mistakes the vet had made when fixing his ear and they were so nice about the whole ordeal. I absolutely love this place and will continue to go here. I also want to mention that including gas (from sf to fresno), medicine, checkups and surgeries, it was still more affordable than what I paid in SF for the two visits. Great Place!

I cant speak highly enough of All Creatures Vet Hospital. Dr. Kahn is my personal favorite - he is technically extremely skilled and also generates a deep love and compassion for all animals. If tests are needed, they recommend them. That said, I have never felt as though they are running tests as a revenue enhancement. They are very practical and their prices are more than reasonable. I consider them as an extension of my family and they have shared from the beginning of life through the end with several of my dogs and cats. Its unfortunate that they have to refer to other veterinarian hospitals because they dont have room for more patients. But Im pleased that they dont take on so many patients that they lose the caring factor. I have never felt like a number and my pets are known there by name. Couldnt end this without a special kudos for Kelli. The love she has for animals shows in her every action. She is a blessing. Thank you All Creatures!

Im rating one star because it used to be a very good clinic when it first started out. We have been with then over 15 years. Now today it is horrible. The new staff is so unprofessional that they lost a patient today. I guess they forgot I was sitting in the office waiting over 30 minutes to be seen. The staff was making fun of the people walking in. The staff was also boasting and bragging about how they were going to tell people rude comments with a smile. It was unbelievable. The person(s) you speak to on the phone has completely different prices from what is told when you get in there. All I have to say is they are ruining Dr. Khans reputation. Its just sad because now I have to search for another vet . The staff is not worth having your day ruined.

Cant say enough good things about them. They have been our large and small animal vets for over 15 years. Dr. Obannon knows me by name. Most knowledgeable vets I have met. They will even give advice over the phone unlike other vets who wont give you the time of day until you cough up their office visit fee. They never push unnecessary tests or meds, you are treated like a client not like a sales pigeon. And to the whiners who complain about them not taking patients: I would rather have a vet turn away patients they dont have time for than compromise the care they are giving their current patients. A vet who is more interested in upholding their commitment to their clients rather than raking in a little more money is worth their weight in gold.

Not truly a rating as I am a vet at ACVC. Just want to respond to the criticisms of when we need to refer clients elsewhere. I apologize for when this doesnt seem kind, but we try hard to balance the work load for our employees so that they get home to families on time with our desire to help as many folks and animals as possible. Add to these competing interests that we want to have time to do a great job for our existing clients. We sacrifice income to treat everyone we can as best we can. All that being said I apologize to folks that we havent been able to help. At this current time we are taking new clients and will try to do so as long as we stay well staffed for the work load while not compromising our values.

I have been going to ,All Creatures, for a little over 4 years now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr.Khan , the other vets and staff. Dr.Khan handles my horses in a kind ,professional manner, my dogs and cats as well . I have never been made to feel like a "cheap" , or irresponsible owner, with my horse or any other animals that I bring here. All Creatures is always kind an considerate of any budgets or money issues I might be having and do their best to work with the situation as it presents itself. The vets and staff listen attentively to everything you might have to say about your animals issue . I will continue to use them for many years :-) Tomasita Velasco-Barnes

My family has been going to All Creatures ever since I can remember and when I got a dog of my own I started going there! Dr. Lien has seen all of my dogs since we first got them! And tonight we had an emergency with our 10 wk old English bulldog. Sadly we believe he has parvo. So I called Dr. Kahn at 10pm he met us at the office within 20 minutes and gave us excellent care to get our puppy better! I would recommend All Creatures to anyone!! They are very reasonable in price and everyone is so sweet!!!

I have been taking my pets to All Creatures for years and they are wonderful, caring people. I find it amazing that people will give them terrible ratings because they are full and not taking new patients. That just goes to show that they are well loved! My family members as well as many friends use their excellent services for their pets and Dr. Kahn, Dr. Obannon and others on staff are professional, loving and compassionate. By far the best vet service I have EVER USED!

Words cannot express the excellent service and skill of the veterinarians and staff at All Creatures. They have assisted us in all phases of our pets lives - from puppy shots through the death of our beloved mastiff. Their kindness and compassion is amazing. I would recommend them (and do) to anyone seeking a veterinarian. They were voted "Best Vet in Fresno" for 2009 and we definitely kow why. I am so very grateful for them. Diane & Steve Decker

NO STARS!!! ABSOLUTELY, HORRIBLY RUDE!!! I was told by my cat sitter, their senior vet tech, that as SOP, they ALWAYS tell people they are NOT taking new patients!!! Guess their business is booming in these hard times and they do not need new clients. HOWEVER, I was also told by my cat sitter that if I told them I was referred by someone in-house, that they would take me. Then, I was also told no new clients, put on hold 3 times and hung up on!
