Absolutel worst experience of our life, Choosing Doctor Kratzer as my daughter pediatrician is one of the bestest mistakes Ive ever made..she went months with any ear infection. We kept taking her in almost weekly because she was in so much pain ( she had puse coming out of her ear) after switching to Kaiser an getting the proper treatment she was better within two weeks...As first time parents we had no idea what to do we just knew something wasnt right We also had to deal with very long wait times there was one visit were we waited in a room for over an hour, I started to pack up and one of the doctors came in and told me she wasnt going to charge me for the vistit..I was in disbelief And I cant forgot months later after switching we revived a letter stating they had paperwork stolen and we owed over $700 and it was due Immediately..truly the worst

Kratzer Pediatrics is fantastic. Dr. Jim Kratzer goes above and beyond to care for his patients. Jim showed up at all hours of the night in the hospital when our children were born. As our kids grew, both Jim and Mary provided warm and wonderful care to our children. Jim and Mary embody the best of western medicine with the wisdom of common sense and calm that only comes from many decades of experience. Even their office is warm, inviting, and comfortable. Look at these pictures! The art on the walls is amazing. Kratzer Pediatrics is a hidden gem.
