Dr. Tammy is amazing!! She and her staff care about the kids and their families. The office is clean, kid friendly and cheerful! (For a moment Ive forgotten my child was sick, being in such a positive place). My husband and I trust Dr. Tammys medical opinion. She listens to the families concerns and provides the highest quality care, she takes her time with her patients. (She even came to visit our daughter when she was hospitalized, how many pediatricians do that? Very few,...if you ask us). I do recommend Dr. Roseler to all my family and friends, I usually dont recommend a specific doctor or facility, unless they are really amazing in their field. Grateful to have Dr. Tammy and her staff apart of our lives.

My husband, my kids and I LOVE Dr. Ishibashi, we even followed her from her old office! With that being said, this office is not nearly as good as Summit Pediatrics was. I have had multiple issues with the people in the Records office, too. They are rude and take their time getting to what is needed. It shouldnt take 2 weeks to get a clearance form signed, let alone we werent even contacted when they were ready to be picked up... What a shame, the nurses and doctors (especially Andrea and Dr. Ishibashi) in this establishment are amazing, but those below them could really stand to have their jobs and work efforts evaluated.

My children have been patients at Pinecone Pediatrics since we moved back to the area in November 2013. Weve had nothing but exemplary care from Dr. Tammy Roesler, Dr. Susan Soreneson, nurse practitioner Andrea Cordell and the rest of the staff from the front desk to the MAs. They are answer questions and concerns in a timely manner and treat us with nothing but kindness. My girls, especially my teenager, feels at ease telling the doctors and Andrea what is going on with them and trust them. I highly recommend Pinecone Pediatrics.

Dr. Tammy Roesler has been our pediatrician since the day our daughter was born. She has been amazing and helpful the whole time. Tammy and her staff are some of the most caring and experienced individuals in the area. I proudly recommend them to everyone I know that has kids in the Reno area. The new office is clean, pleasant and a very welcoming environment. We wouldnt choose any other pediatrician!
