Ive never trusted any doctor more than I trust Dr. Jay. Wish I could say the same for any Primary Care Ive ever had! Everything he does agrees with my intuition as a mother. He is one of the only expert Pediatricians in breastfeeding and genuinely cares for his patients. He has always spent enough time with our family to answer any and all questions. Its a pleasure going in for office visits, we always look forward to seeing him and his entire staff is approachable, friendly, helpful, and caring. We have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an appointment. My son is now 5. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Jay Gordon is the best doctor. He is kind, responsive and really smart. His office staff is super helpful. The nurses are very patient and easy to get in touch with. The doctor, nurses and staff call back promptly and are a very thoughtful. Highly recommend. Alexs Mom

Bureaucratic, rigid, unhelpful, uncaring staff. Strictly by the book. Unsympathetic and lacking interpersonal skills. Doctor is wonderful, but the staff needs sensitivity and interpersonal skills training.
