I used to go to EyeQ optometry because of the male Optometrist there, who is such a great guy (he volunteered at health clinics). Well he sold it this lady, who is the owner now. I must say I am very disappointed that she charged me a substantial amount of money every time I come in with a question or issue. I must say I am a good customer to this store. I get my eyes checked up annually there and buy glasses every year, ranging from $350- 500+. One time I had an eye infection and I paid for her services initially out of my pocket, but when I came back to check up on things, every time she would charge me $60, then $45, and so on. Finally I got fed up and never returned. I know other optometrists who value their customers and know that in the long run, they will keep their business thriving if they make their customers happy. This current optometrist sucks up to you on the surface, but will charge you an arm and a leg when ever she has the chance. She has lost my business forever and I will never return there or recommend anyone else to go there. She should know how much competition she has in Orange County.

I went to Eye Q because it was close and accepted my vision insurance. My experience with them was exceptional. Dr. Phan took the time to properly fit me for contacts as well as make visual health recommendations based on my line of work (Im in front of a PC all day). She thoroughly answered my questions. The office itself is clean, well-kept and inviting. The doctors staff is also exceptional -- friendly, and helpful answering my questions about the products I was interested in. Im recommending all my family visit Dr. Phan for their future vision needs.

I just had my glasses done their recently, and Id have to say, I havent been to any optometry practices that have met my expectations until now. The place is very clean and organized, staff is friendly and helpful, and there are a lot of different kind of frames to choose from. My glasses that were made from this office has so far been very good. I can finally see with them :)

Great place, I called and got in right away. Dr. Park did my exam and was really thorough explaining everything that she was doing. The girl at the front desk did a great job explaining my insurance benefits.
