Dr. Rosskopf and his team took excellent care of our sick bunny Omni. Omni was riddled with mange and was slowly dying. When we brought Omni in for treatment, he was quite cranky and didnt want to be bothered. Dr. Rosskopf was able to calm him down and give him the necessary shots to make him feel better. Dr. Rosskopfs loving, caring, and compassionate demeanor made us all feel better too. The office itself is a little old and run down and looks like its in desperate need of an update. I assure you, dont be fooled, "good stuff" is happening in this building. Dont be thrown off by aesthetics; if you do you will miss out on wonderful animal care.

Dr. Rosskopf is all you can want for in a vet -- kind, patience, intelligent, experienced, communicative, great bedside manner, etc. We have a rescued desert tortoise and our other vet (while great for our cats) was unable to really treat our tortoise well. Dr. Rosskopf is so knowledgeable and was able to effectively treat our desert tortoise. Weve used Dr. Rosskopf for several years (tortoises live a long time- LOL) and hope he never retires! The office staff is always nice too. Prices are reasonable.

I loved it here, Dr Rosskoph is an amazing doctor. They took care my hamster like it was their own pet. He cured my hamster and always had an appointment open. ( and yes they do stay on the phone after they found out a 12 year old is calling )The staff there is very nice and helpful. From ducks to mouses, Dr Rosskoph can cure everything. Even though the place looks a little rundown do not judge a book by its cover, they are amazing people that love animals.

Called to make an appointment and the person answering the phone was extremely rude and non-compassionate about my animal being sick. Non-accomodating. Wanted me to drop off my animal at noon and then by 3pm they would look at him and tell me what they did. She couldnt tell me how much it would cost but I could only imagine. She didnt even care what was wrong with my animal. She told me to go somewhere else and hung up on me. Wouldnt recommend.

I am the happy owner of my first Russian tortoise. I took Bruce to see Dr. Rosskopf for a routine exam. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet both over the phone and in person. Dr. Rosskopf was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time explaining everything to me that I needed to know about my new companion. Both Bruce and myself left very happy. I definitely reccommend this vet!!

I took my Guinea pig because he has bald spots and he right away told me it was mites and that he was going to give him an injection (: so he did and gave me medicine on the side he answered all my questions. Also the price was very reasonable I have nothing but great things to say about this exotic vet (: I recommend everyone to take their pets there

Love this vet! I have been coming here for many years to treat my 3 rabbits and my hamster. Dr. Rosskopf is an amazing vet and the ladies that work there are the sweetest people ever! All the staff truly care for your pet as if it were their own. Best vet ever

We took our two juvenile bearded dragons in for what looked like tiny mites around their eyes. I was very impressed by Dr. Rosskopfs knowledge and his genuine concern and compassion. The staff was very friendly and it was obvious they are all lovers.
