My son was released on the fifth day of a fourteen-day hold WITHOUT his medications or ID. They had been given to another patient! They told me on the phone that night that the package had been retrieved and would be sent by messenger. When it had not arrived by noon the following day I called and was told "it was put in the mail this morning." Four days later it has not arrived and he has been without the meds necessary to prevent a relapse! On the plus side, he felt well taken care of while there and found the nurses and attendants kind and caring. When he was transferred there from County Hospital he was given information, which he telephoned to us, that he was at the Long Beach facility. It took several hours to track him down.

I found more help with LaShandra, who was always there for me. And Liz, Jenn, Dr. Barb, Jessica, Jodi, Erica, Nursing staff. BAD APPLES:!!!!, Brandon yuk! and Rina V is worst case manager ever. She is pig headed and pushed a 12 step program that was the wrong fit for what I needed. She made me sign a contract that I would attend this mismatched 12 step. She is a real a hole, Dr. Lisa and Yana act like they could care less. By minimizing your problems. Dr. Lisa also blocks group feed back.
