Not sure where the review from "Heather" comes from. All of my experiences at WindanSea have been over-the-top positive. The veterinarians and staff are all extremely competent (this cant be said about every vet clinic) and extraordinarily compassionate. They truly love animals and understand how important they are to the families they live with. Five stars!

They cared for my cat all of her life and therefore lived a long and happy life. They have always been friendly and understanding to us and have been careful to the animals they handled, and gave me a laugh when my cat got afraid of a little poodle passing by ;)

The girl at the front desk was extremely rude to me. Needs to work on her customer service a little more. I just dont get why people have to be nasty to another person for no reason at all.
