The staff immediately recognised an emergency situation with my dog who I love like family, I got there filled out some forms and as soon as i finished a woman staff member rushed to helped me get him onto a gerny to move him inside. We got a room straight away and a nurse checked his temp as soon as we settled in and then went and got my little guy some blankets to help warm him while we waited. It only took the veterinarian a minute to get into our room, she looked him over gave us a quick run down on what it could be and how severe each scenario would be. Got him in for an x-ray within 15 minutes of pulling into the parking lot, one of the nurses was nice enough to let me walk with them into the x-ray room and pet and talk to him for a little longer to calm my own nerves more so than his haha, After the x-rays came out they didnt show any major issues so the veterinarian explained what that meant, our next steps and options. After all the testing and when treatment was started and he was more stable they allowed my girlfriend and I to stay in the back with our dog for quite some time just petting and talking to him. We asked if he could have a blanket and the nurse took his temp again then happily got him a very large comfortable blanket. After we Said our goodbyes for the evening I drove home and called them to see if there was any updates. The nurse checked and in a timely and professional manner gave an update on my dogs wellbeing and any changes in his demeanor. This morning I went to pick him up, enroute there I called and asked how he was doing and got the same professional answers. Upon arriving to pick him up I paid and got him while only waiting a few minutes. At times I can be a very demanding person especially when it involves my dog, and in a very hard time the staff was calm, sweet, collected, informative, and clearly working towards the comfort and health of my dog. It was a little pricey so make sure to ask prior to agreeing to services. Thank you to everyone working there, you saved my family member.

Besides their extended hours, this place blew. My mom and I wasted $300 and about six hours for a staff that did little to nothing for my cat who had difficulty breathing. We almost put him to sleep because of their lack of humanity and care. They put him in O2 (which they said helped) and when I asked if we could see our cat, they would beat around the bush saying "...suuure...later..." To end this segment, we never saw our cat during the entire stay. Next, xrays were done. The vet was so vague and did not speak in lehmans terms. Shed make funny side notes about how cute our cat was, then jump to the subject that the xrays we were viewing were horrible - a death sentence for our cat as we do not have the funds for trial and error tests. Then, we were shown the bill. It was $300 (for an xray and O2) for the time so far but about $600 if he were to stay overnight in their "care". Unlike some of the comments above, they do not do payment plans anymore. We were crying and felt helpless. We decided to put Marcel (our cat) down. It was only after we made this decision that the staff seemed to care about the situation. They sent Marcel home with an antibiotic shot that again did nothing. The next day, I took our cat to Dr. Rex in San Bernardino who looked at the xrays and saw nothing the matter besides a case of asthma. This visit only cost $70 and my cat is on his way to recovery. DO NOT take your pets here. The vets are either stupid or money hungry.

This facility left an IV in my dogs paw under gauze taped aroung top side of paw and didnt even mention it at all when I picked him up. I certainly expected more after the 5.5 hour ordeal and some $500.00 later. Thank the good Lord that my dog made it. Too bad they are the ONLY animal Emergency Clinic around for 50 miles. Very unprofessional and shotty. By the grace of God I hope I never need to take another animal there again. My sister took her dog there after she was hit by a car late at night about a year ago. Unfortunately they were unable to save the dogs life who passed away at the clinic. My family specifically asked for the remains of the animal of course to put to final rest & closure and agreed to have clinic hold the animals body for 2 days so they had time to come up with money to bury pet . When they actually arrived the very next afternoon to pick up their lifeless beloved pet they were told that the dog was no longer there because it was disposed of in the wrong container of unwanted dead animals which had been previously picked up that morning and already gone. The staff called police on my family after they became upset because the staff showed no empathy nor made any effort whatsoever to locate, find or return animal. The staff refused to issue refund or appology. Police told family to leave premises and file civil action against facility or face immediate arrest and be taken to jail.

This place is a rip off, my dog was bleeding badly from a cut on his paw, this place took 1 minute to look at him and told me it would be $600 to put a few stitches in, I told them I did not have that much money and asked that if they could help him I would give them everything I had which at the time was about $300, I pulled the money out of my pocket and begged them to help my dog, they told me there was nothing they could do for him unless I paid the $600 in full. We left, they have been sending me a bill for an emergency exam at $80, we werent in the place for more than 10 minutes and they want me to pay them after they refused to help a hurt animal, they dont care about your animal just your money. I wouldnt take my dog back there if it was the last place on earth. Follow up. After receiving the bill month after month I decided to call and let them know I was not going to pay, the lady that answered the phone was unfriendly and rude before I told her my reason for calling, she then went on this 5 minute long pat on the back speech of how well they do and how great their clinic is and then hung up on me. I hope nobody takes there animal here. Do your self and your pet a favore and find a place that cares about animals.

We have been to this clinic many times with various cats of ours. Most recently, we brought in our cat who had visual signs of distress, difficulty breathing and lack of energy. They immediately took her back to have her looked at due to her state. 5 minutes later, they came back and said, she is on oxygen and we need to do a chest x-ray. All the time, they were nice and courteous, but you could tell there was urgency in what they wanted to do for her. Dr. DeGroot is the absolute BEST vet I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He had such compassion and knowledge about her condition. Unfortunately with the tests coming back positive for Feline Leukemia, we made the humane decision to have Mouse put to sleep. They gave us all the time we wanted to take to be with her. There was no rush or feeling like we needed to leave. It was too hard to stay for the actualy euthinasia, but knowing Dr. De Groot was with her, made it ok. After 2 days of dealing with the loss, we called back to see if her remains were still available for us to have. The gal who answered the phone said she would do everything in her power to make sure she was found and held for us to pick up. This place deserves more then 5 stars.
