Took my cat in for an emergency my cats back legs had went.out on him. he was crying profusely this has been my cats doctor for the last nine years they told me I didnt have an appointment so they couldnt see her told me to go to Dublin and the only thing they could worry about was the eight dollar cat box they put her in. I wouldnt even give them one star if it wasnt required to make a comment please do not take your animals to this insensitive uncaring company shame on them

I have been going here for over 10 years. I have several large dogs and cats. When one of my dogs got an almost un-heard of case of parvo at 4 years of age. He kept her there for a week. I was able to visit her in the back everyday. He also gave me a wonderful discount on the bill. (*) I give my own shots, so it was not his doing that she was not adequately protected. It was a product of bad shots, I had purchased and no longer use.

I made a dental appointment for my dog COOPER whom I fostered. Dr. Bains had to extract 21teeth. I was told dogs only have 42 teeth. Cooper already had lost several. Dr. Bains gave me a great discount. His staff is very friendly plus they made several aftercare calls to made sure Cooper was healing. I would recommend Dr. Bains and his staff. Thank you
