They were very nice but unorganized and the front desk didnt know what they were doing. They were scattered all over the place. I showed up 15-20 minutes before my pets appointment. It took me thirty-forty minutes JUST to check my sick dogs. During this time, all they were trying to do was look for a price on medication for the woman ahead of me that had been waiting before i had gotten there. They even took 20+ minutes just to find another womans pets that went in to get neutered. I was finally called into the patients room and realized Ive been waiting an hour after my dogs appointment time. I waited an additional twenty minutes in the room and then decided it was not worth waiting any longer and being later to work for. It was very unprofessional and would never go again. I would have said maybe they were under staffed to try to justify my bad experience but its such a small place I dont see how that would be possible. I was warned not to go here because they dont know what they are doing here and I did not listen.

I wanted to love this place. I really did. I think we would have better experiences if we had a dog. The vet is always so scared of my cat and always flinches right before he touches my cat. My cat doesnt hiss or swipe so Im not sure what hes afraid of unless hes just scared of cats in general. Also we adopted another cat with eye troubles and they gave us a bunch of medication but her condition got worse, so we took her back immediately and they were acting as if it was our fault. We ended up taking her to an eye specialist and after one look at the medications we brought along she informed us most cats have allergic reactions to one of the meds they gave us and as soon as we stopped her condition immediately improved. I was sorely disappointed with how they handled this case and we immediately switched vets.
