I wish I could put zero stars , too bad I cant because thats really what this place is worth. I just read a customers review whos dogs had died in their care and what was described totally sounds like something that would take place here, as your coming to pick up your dogs, theyll charge you out in full first then tell you that your dogs are dead. My experience here also gave me the impression that this establishment is only out to get whatever money they can extract from the pet owner and cares NOT for your pet! If your pet has a pimple they would probably suggest surgery to have it removed. Im too upset to go into the details of my experience, I would end up writing a book. All I will say is that if you want your pet to leave the vet worse off than when your pet went in this is the place to go. Also if you want to hunt down test results with no follow through on the doctors end this is the place for that too! I ended up having to go to my regular vet the next day because a potential emergency arose from the infection that I went to Crenshaw Dog & Cat Hospital to have addressed, that they left untreated. Of course when I went to my normal vet I got treatment immediately. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS HEALTH, because they certainly dont!

OMG Let me tell you about this place... Back in 2012 my baby was really sick, Let me say this I lived in Rialto, Ca I called around and left messages, and even spoke to a few vet places, but they wanted an arm and an leg, some even told me to put him down. My sister told me to call them so I did alike 3 am-4 am and left a message, at 9 am the receptionist called me back and told me to bring my baby in. I lived in Rialto at the time, yes I drove all the to LA. I get there and the receptionist must have known it was me when I walked in as if I had been there before which I havent. She greeted me by name and my dog name before I even singed in. They examined my baby and was determine that he had Parvo. They told me the price and I couldnt afford it, they gave me an alternative to do at home treatments. My pockets said yes to that..... Its now 2015 and my baby is working my nerve with all his barking and thinking that he is suppose to sleep with me every night and stealing my house shoes... Brownie and I thank you.....

This place is horrible. My father went in to get my dogs microchipped with a rabies shot so I cant take them out the country and they gave my dogs the wrong microchipped. Then when confronted about it they denied they ever knew it was for international travel. They are dishonest and crooks. Do not trust them. I had to pay twice as much for what was suppose to be a one time fee because I had to buy my own scanner. They didnt offer to refund me or cover the scanner. They just lied and only looked out for themselves.

I had a REALY BAD experience two of my dogs got sick and the Dr knew my dogs were going to die When I came in to pick up my dogs They treated me nice and charge me the full amount and after I pay they tell me my dogs were dead Im not going to stop putting bad review here and Im telling all my friends not to go there they dont care about your dogs they just want the money DONT GO THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR DOGS

I love this place so much that I drive out of my way to take both of my dogs there. Its a simple, not fancy at all, but sweet, warm and caring people. I have been taking my dogs already few times and they have been always on time, communicative, responsible and caring. Thank you Dr. Woods I already sent 2 more clients your way. I just brought in my 8-month old puppy, and everyone was super nice specially the Vet assistant. They answered all my questions and help ease my mind. I will be taking my puppy back for an operation tomorrow. Hope it goes well. By the way they have great prices!

The appointments are cheap but they make up the bill with the amount of medication they prescribe. There floors are dirty and my dog hates it there. Also even if you make an appointment you will be waiting for over an hour.
